We were able to use our 28 years of experience in installation and service to select only the best quality products to offer our customers. J.R. Bolton does not look at equipment alone. Comfort and efficiency is not that simple. We test and evaluate your home's air leakage rate and air distribution system (duct work). J.R. Bolton also properly engineers your new comfort system using Manual J Load Calculation Software approved by ACCA.

I recommend JR Bolton. Jonathan and Bryce repaired a gas line and outdoor gas lamp. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They arrived when they said, thoroughly explained the scope of work then answered my questions. They completed the work on time, went the extra mile to ensure all was back in place after repair and then provided additional explanation on care/maintenance. I am very pleased.

We needed our gas fireplace and logs repaired and replaced. The office staff was helpful as I asked about their services and what I might be needing. Lionel, our technician was great. He arrived in a timely manner, was professional and conscientious about keeping the area clean as he laid out his tools and needed equipment to make repairs. He explained our options and provided material that we could look at so we could make a decision regarding new logs. He explained the workings and care of the set up and was sure we understood basic maintenance required. Would recommend Bolton to others in need of gas fireplace work.

Lionel was our fireplace technician. What a breath of fresh air! Lionel is courteous, thoughtful, competent and a great communicator. Simply exceptional customer service. Lionel has a truly authentic way about him and because he is so conscientious, we were comfortable having Lionel in our home on two separate occasions during COVID. He even followed up to make certain our fireplace was working a day or so after he made his service call.

He wanted to be sure we could enjoy our fireplace for the holidays. Wow! Lionel is truly one in a million with regard to his commitment to his customer. Thanks Bolton and Lionel!

We purchased a gas log insert from JR Bolton, the system was installed yesterday 12/07/2021. The installation crew was on time and very professional. The installation crew of Bryce, Victor and Moises was very knowledgeable of the gas insert, they were thorough in explaining the process. I am very pleased with my new gas insert fireplace from Bolton. Faye was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable. I sent measurements and pictures of my existing fireplace and she knew exactly which products I needed to choose from! On delivery day Bryce, Juan, and Victor did an excellent job! They were very professional, answered all of my questions, and showed me how to change the batteries and use the remote control. I absolutely recommend JR Bolton for your fireplace needs.

We recently had our old fireplace mantelpiece and surround removed and replaced with a new linear fireplace. JR Bolton performed the tear-down and installation. I want to commend Rene with RegalFireplace for his excellent installation of the new fireplace. His team was very professional and knowledgeable. They came in, got to work, and completed the work in an honorable length of time.

He gave both my husband and me a detailed explanation of how to use the fireplace remote. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with these people. I highly recommend them, and I am very, very particular.
