I called them in the morning to seeing about getting my heating looked at because it was blowing cold. This company was on the side of my unit as the one who installed it. They came out the same day, this afternoon. The man came in, opened the unit, pushed a red "reset" like button and said that was it. My heater is working again. Then told me that it was $90 service call to do this.
I think this was excessive and he seemed to have little sympathy. I don't mind paying something for his time, gas, etc but $90 to simply push a button and be inside my house for 5 mins is too much. I would not call them again or use them again for any future services.

Mark was excellent. On-time, and had the problem figured out within minutes. Had the part we needed on the truck so there was no waiting and had it installed within 5 minutes. No more sleeping downstairs on the couch for us. This isn't our first great experience with Ace & A, that is why we don't call anyone else, ever. Thanks for keeping up running friends. Stay cool.

When I called and scheduled my service I was told the price was $49.95 with filter included. Once the tech got here he told me it was $69.95 plus $10 extra for filter. I said "No" that's not what I was told so he went ahead with the $49.95 but still charged me an additional$10 so I ended up pay $60 for what he said went up since the pipeline was attacked which was after I scheduled and wasn't informed of that until after he checked my unit.
I use to have a plan with them a little over 10 years ago where they came out twice a year but the up charge was kind of shady for me so I will be using another company instead of going back to the plan I once had.

Steve and Colton did a great job fixing my mom's heating system! They explained everything that they did, showed us how to use our new thermostats, and even gave us a discount. Steve also took the time to teach me how to use our fireplace, which was super helpful. We will definitely continue using Ace & A for any HVAC issues in the future!

Had new A/C installed, 1 month later water leaking from under furnace. Took 1 1/2 weeks to reach the company by phone, another 2 days to get someone out. Once he came out said he needed a part and would return next day.haven't seen him nor heard from the company. Still trying to reach them, its been 3 days. When they do answer the phone it is very unprofessional, sounds like they are answering home phone

We called on Saturday, July 6th to schedule someone to come out and give us an estimate the following week. The gentleman we spoke with first said Monday then said I'll be there in an hour. He showed up four hours later. This should have been a clear sign that things would not go well. The quote was reasonable and based on reviews we decided to go with this company.
Long story short.one AC guy and two apprentices came out Wednesday to install AC. My husband had to constantly follow up to ensure they weren't taking short cuts. They left after six hours with materials still left at our home, loose wiring in the attic, and what appears to be a missing door on the outside unit. The Supervisor (we think) was called and said he'd be back in an hour.
It's Friday afternoon and we are STILL waiting after he called yesterday and today to say he's coming by. My husband is disabled and to have to deal with this unprofessionalism, lack of concern and inefficiency is totally unacceptable. Where has customer service gone & getting what you paid for? Let's see if we get a follow up phone call and visit now?
