The service technician, Stephen, was very professional and knowledgable. He has come before and he remembers the house and the unit. He is very good at his job and courteous. Josh accompanied him. He is also knowledgable and remembers details. He assisted with new technology that allowed photos of the inner parts of the unit. It was good to see the photos myself. I will definitely use them again and when I decide to upgrade my system. Thanks guys!!!

I was very impressed with the technician, Stephen Kimani, when he serviced my heating/cooling unit. He answered all my questions in a patient and knowledgeable manner. I was also satisfied that, while he explained the importance of replacing the unit at a future date, he did not pressure me to do it immediately !! He calmly provided me with the plausible options and time frames.
He also answered my simple questions about the procedures of setting the thermostat. Overall, I would definitely recommend your company and, in particular, Stephen to others.

Stephen and Josh showed up at the start of the appointment window, so there was no "waiting for the technician to show" clock watching to do. Not sure about anyone else, but those windows always pass very slowly and are frustrating to me, so being in and out within the window was great. They were very professional and respectful of my home, wearing masks and shoe coverings while inside. They explained the process and did not find anything that required repair, thankfully. I will use Peachtree, again.

We just signed our first ever service agreement with PSE. The seasonal maintenance service and a follow up repair was performed by Tulasi Ghimirey. First I'll offer that I've been a home owner for four decades. Tulasi is the best technician I've ever dealt with. His communication, thoroughness and expertise are superb. OK, my opinion of his expertise is certainly limited by my lack any however no doubt on the other two key traits one looks for in a technician.
Let me add that on the initial visit Jimmy Wise was also in attendance. His understanding of our needs as we get ready for a significant renovation and expansion demonstrates his ability to see it from our perspective. We look forward to a long term relationship with PSE, Himmy and Tulasi.

I reached out to Peachtree Service Experts for a Lenox AC system repair. Steven was dispatched to diagnose issue. I was impressed by Steven's technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills. He provided alternative options and pricing to repair unit that was out of manufacturer warranty. My A/C went out a few days ago when we were seeing 90 degree temps and Peachtree Service Experts was able to come the same day as the outage and assess the issue. They provided excellent service and the cost was below what I would have assumed it would be. They also have a fantastic loyalty program and stand by their work-cannot recommend more! My only knock would be on the person who answers their phones as their customer service was not the best, and the dispatch team who did not provide accurate times or great follow up, but don't let those things turn you away from this company, as the service experts were stellar and the value is unbeatable.

I have used Peachtree Service Experts for over 10 years now, and I highly recommend them. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. My service today was for a start of summer checkup on their twice per year maintenance checkup plan. Stephen Kimani was my service technician, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what he was doing and describing the issues he found on my aging A/C system. I approved performing the repairs he identified, which he completed in the same visit. Now I feel confident that my system will be prepared for the coming summer months.

My aging AC and electric heat pump was 17 years old and they needed to go. Thomas & Ritchie came the next day and installed everything. Super friendly and very professional. I'm very happy with this service. they explained how to use the new thermostat and showed me all the work in the attic. I definitely recommend this company. No third party either.

We had a problem with our furnace staying lit to keep the house warm. I called them around 9 p.m. to schedule service for the next morning. I spoke to the girl who answered the phone and I made an appointment. They showed up between 8 and 10 a.m. just as I was told the night before. Tom Avery from sales and Preston the technician showed up in two different vehicles but at the same time and met with my girlfriend and I.
They introduced themselves, we discussed the issues we were having, and they went right to work to check it out and give us a diagnosis. We were given a quote on what the cost was going to be with parts and labor and it was explained to us in detail and there was absolutely no pressure. Everything was very easy and they were very polite and professional.
Our furnace is working great now. Based off of this experience, I would highly recommend them. I would have no hesitation in calling them again if I need them in the future. Thanks Preston and Tom.

Amazing customer service! I recently got a whole new HVAC system installed to replace the existing 22 year old system. First, Josh was very helpful in understanding the range of models available, how they worked, and pricing trade offs for the system and memberships. The installers (Lawrence & Tom?) were very friendly and professional while over replacing the system.
I had a strange issue coincide with the install where a breaker was permanently tripped during and after install. Peachtree sent Michel out to check the installed system and some cursory breaker checks. Though he couldn't find any issues with the units, he was very professional and nice. They had a small mix up in scheduling someone to check the work originally but worked very hard to correct it when I called.
I didn't catch the name of the second support agent I talked to but he went above and beyond for me. Reggie at Peachtree later organized an electrician they often worked with the come out and check for the issue. The electrician was able to isolate the short over the weekend but not entirely determine what happened (since the cause wasn't found). It may have been badly timed "just old house things" or unlucky jostling from the install. Either way, I'm very happy with the overall outcome and the steps Peachtree Service Experts took to care for me as a new customer!

His accent made it very difficult to understand him. Paul could not answer my questions about the filter. I dont think he covered his shoes. He did wear his mask. The appt was for 12-2. He called at 10 and asked to come at 10:30. Luckily I was available. I even called your customer service to say I still had questions and the rep had an attitude. Just not the usual good experience.
