Ferrin Brothers When brothers, Larry and Doug Ferrin, started Ferrin Brothers Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1977, they decided from the beginning that more importantly than making money was being ethical and honest in every way. Larry passed his legacy and these beliefs down to his son Rob when he retired, and Rob took over in 1996. As a Mesa Arizona family-owned and operated business, our values run deep.

Whether your A/C is not working properly, completely broken, or just too expensive to run during these Arizona summers, we can help. We are committed to servicing your needs and not selling you a lot of parts or services that you don't need. Our experienced technicians will help you figure out if you need to replace, repair, maintain, upgrade, or tune-up your a/c system so it will run more efficiently. We have all the experience, affordability, and good old-fashioned honesty that you are looking for in a contractor.

As a single mom I stress out that every company that comes to my house is going to try and rip me off. I totally almost just got ripped off when my air conditioning broke. Im so glad I got a second opinion and found Rob Ferrin and his company I would have paid a fortune to those other dishonest jerks!

When my A/C went down I got about 20 quotes from different companies. Not only was Ferrin Brother Air Conditioning one of the least expensive they seemed to be the most experienced, the most honest, and by far the most friendly. They did a fantastic job, and now I recommend them to everyone.

We have a really tough start to this relationship when they put two new units in the house but they didn't effectively hook up the units so after 7 attempts to install them correctly we finally had AC blowing into the house instead of superstition mountain. Now less than a year later, a unit is out. Super frustrating experience with them so far.

Your company has assisted us with our A/C needs twice now. The first time, you were able to repair the unit and did not pressure us to replace it. Four years later (this week), it finally died. Your technician Chad spent today replacing both our heating and cooling systems. He was friendly and very knowledgeable! He is a true asset to your company! Thank you Ferrin Brothers and Chad! :D

The Ferrin Brother's had an appointment with me on Friday morning. They did not show up. I rescheduled for Monday morning, they did not show up for that appointment either. They finally showed up about 2.5 hours after my appointment time on Monday. The technician looked at my ac unit for about 5 minutes before telling me I had a bad thermostat.

He did not do a full inspection to get a proper diagnosis the first time. I calle the company back and spoke with Colby who told me it would be another 80 some dollars to have the technician just take a look at the a/c unit again. He told me that he would talk to the technician and he would call me back later if he wanted to. That wasn't acceptable to me so Colby had the owner call me.

The same technician came back out twice. So by the third time on Thursday, he fixed the problem. This time he found the problem in the attic. After he had left my home, my kitchen light was left dangling from my ceiling. We called the owner of the company to take a look at it. When he got here, he claimed zero responsibility and blamed the kitchen light on bad light installation.

The owner Justin left my home saying, "you had $400 worth of work done for $195, you are on your own. Don't call me again". I paid $195.00 for a thermostat that cost them maybe $45.00. I paid for a thermostat on the first visit, when after the third visit on Thursday, we had discovered wasn't even the problem. When they did find the problem, there was no need for new parts.

The drain line was backed up so he emptied it. Hardly $400 worth of work. I don't ask much from a company, I only want my initial problem fixed the first time, and not more problems created. I have no respect for this company.

These guys were wonderful. The air conditioning went out in my boss's condo and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. They were able to come quickly and came when they said, they were all very friendly, the tech was able to pinpoint the problem right off the bat, gave me the options on how to fix the issue and what each of those would mean not only cost wise but for the long term health of the unit. Not only that. but they were very reasonably priced. I have permanently put them in my contact files and will definitly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work
