I just have to tell you that those gentlemen from J&M were wonderful & very professional. They told me it would only take an hour; it took 2 1/2. The vents/registers/ductwork were so atrocious & they were meticulous about post clean up as they knew how OCD I/we are. Not many companies get compliments; only complaints Great job Liz!

Liz and her team are first rate all the way! After being recommend to J&M it was easy to see why, I had my call returned right away, and I was informed of the entire process explaining why their service and particularly why and how the equipment is used and why its superior to other duct clean methods used by other companies. I was scheduled for a service with in the week!

When cleaning day arrived, I received a call from the crew that they were on their way, they arrived on time, infact 10 min early of scheduled appointment. Once the crew arrived they were through in explaining the process and took the precautions necessary to protect my carpet and walls from coming in contact with the extensive equipment used to get at each air duct.

They went to work right away cleaning my ducts, riding the system of years of dust and pollution. I will use them again! Amazing how easily I can tell the difference that the air in my home is now clean! A+++

We had a fair bit of water damage from a leaking water heater that spread to the water heater's pedestal and the adjacent walls. I met with 4 different contractors including J&M. The other 3 contractors gave me either incomplete estimates or estimates that were way too high for the job at hand. One of them wanted to start right away (the high estimate), go figure.

The last one I spoke with was J&M. From the get-go, Liz was a pleasure to work with. I had no idea of the process of getting a contractor and starting the restoration. Liz @ J&M handled all the logistics and basically put my stress level down to 0. Her customer service is over-the-top. I felt comfortable talking with her and she explained the process in detail.

She gave me an estimate over the phone that I could work with and the work started a couple of days later. The crew that came in first were responsible for drying everything out. Upon meeting them, I realized that the excellent customer service did not stop with Liz. They explained everything that they were going to do so there were no surprises. The crew sealed up part of the bedroom with a plastic barrier and a few of their fans to get the job done.

The restoration crew came in after and let me just say. The restoration result looks better than it did before the water damage. Respect. These guys know what they're doing. I'm a little OCD about color changes on walls and well. on anything. I was afraid that it wasn't going to match. By the time the paint was dried, I couldn't even tell any restoration was done!

They even washed out the garage floor because of the "mess" they made. Honestly, the garage was already messy before they restored part of the wall. so thanks for that! :) I would not hesitate to use or suggest J&M for any restoration tasks. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My experience was above and beyond my expectations! I had my carpets and air ducts cleaned by JandM last month. The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. My family can breathe so much better it's even helped with my son's asthma so we all sleep better too! Liz in the office was amazing and kind she handled everything! Had my air ducts cleaned on 5/27/2016 by Roy and Drake. They were prompt, knowledgable and professional. It's surprising the lack of quality duct cleaning companies in the valley. I actually called J&M on short notice after a previous company flaked two days prior and I already took off work. Liz in the front office is awesome, the whole teams seems very skilled and helpful. I highly recommend, and will keep in mind they help with emergency services too.

May 2016: We were the unfortunate victims of an un-detected water leak in the shared wall between our kitchen and master bedroom. After discovering obvious water damage to our kitchen and bedroom, we called our insurance carrier, and we were referred to J&M for remediation. I could not be happier with the quick-turn response, the quality of our response team, a complete attention to detail, and the result of the remediation. Roy and Jamerson - our response team, had such a great attitude, and greatly assisted with converting a crappy situation into a positive experience.

I suffered from allergies throughout year so I decided to call J&M and get my air ducts cleaned. Wow what a difference it made breathing clean air. Very courteous and professional staff! Would Recommend J&M to anyone!

J&M has cleaned our carpet for about 15 years. They've been with us through two houses and even helped us with water damage and restoration. Liz in the office is a doll and a customer service goddess. She knows me and our family well. I have no idea how she remembers the details she does. I trust the technicians in my home alone. They are honest, on-time and do great work. We thought the carpet in our new home would need to be replaced before we moved in, but after J&M worked on it, it looked new again. Love J&M!

Discovering that your home has "mold" can be shocker. And, once over the realization that you have this issue, you are faced with the daunting task of finding someone to resolve the issue for you. Been there, done that. After interviewing several mold and restoration contractors, we chose J&M Inc, out of Chandler, and I couldn't have been happier with the results.

They fixed the problem as best as you could possibly hope for. My "new" 23 year-old home had water leak issues before I bought it. During the inspection we discovered flaking paint on the walls in a couple areas. J&M sent out Paul and he identified the damage as a likely source for mold. Paul cut out a piece of the drywall and showed me the mold growing on the inside paper surface of the drywall. J&M came out and cut out all the damaged areas, scraped away as much mold as they could get off using mechanical means, carted all the contaminated material away in bags, then used non-toxic natural liquid mold killer (made from plants) to coat every surface they worked on.

Once completed, they had the area tested and validated they had removed the mold. J&M performed the work at my house in early September while it was still very warm. Their crew blew me away with their dedication and hard work to help resolve my issue. One of the guys spent three hours under an air conditioner platform making sure the area was cleaned and prepped.

Then he painted it with KILZ, sealing it from future water penetration. I had thought the entire platform would have had to be replaced. J&Ms hard word saved me a bunch of money. I couldn't be happier with the results. Paul, their head troubleshooter is knowledgeable and very friendly. Liz, who does the scheduling back at the main office is also super friendly and easy to work with.

These are GREAT people to help solve your mold problem. They also do carpet cleaning and A/C duct cleaning, among other services. If you need the services J&M offers, hire these folks and you will not regret it. Fantastic people who work very hard to resolve your problem, like it was their own problem.
