I was in desperate need of an A/C company at 1:00AM when I moved into a house. It was the summer in AZ and it was hotter inside the house then it was outside. They offer 24 hour Emergency Service and they come out when you need them. The first impression was awesome as their tech Russel was friendly, courteous, professional, and clean. He examined everything, filled the freon, and came back in the morning hours when the sun was up so he could further examine the unit.
This company KNOWS customer service and I have been fortunate to be able to use them 3 different times. Well, not really fortunate as it involves an A/C issue in AZ but they are great to work with.
