Very positive experience. Was given a time slot of 8-10 and received a text at 7:50 that Chad was on the way. We had a slow kitchen drain. 2 others guys had looked at it and wouldn't touch it since the pipes are old. Although Chad was hesitant, he took on the job and was able to clear the drain quickly and without any issues. Cleaned up and double and triple checked that all was ok.

I contacted Hansens Family Plumbing they came out right away. The tech was Chad Allen was great. He knew right away what to do, did everything beautifully and quickly. I highly recommend this company and this technition.

Our HVAC technician DJ from Hansen Family Plumbing and Air was wonderful. Very communicative about the issue and explained our options. This was are third opinion on our AC issue and Hansen Family came in the lowest by $800 and was worth it. Hope we have no more issues the season and if we do we'll have DJ from Hansen Family back out.

I scheduled an appointment with Hansen thinking I had a routine clog in my sewer line. The coordination was direct and responsive. My drain problems gave my tech Chad a hard time. He put in the effort to ensure I was taken care of and the bill still came in at a fair price. Kudos to Hansen for quality service. 6 stars.

Chad did a great job installing our heat pump (hybrid) hot water heater. When our heater started leaking right before our scheduled replacement, the team was very quick to respond, even on a weekend, to move my appointment closer so that we could have hot water. I would definitely hire them again!

We have used Hansen on two occasions now and find them to be extremely direct, honest, timely, efficient, and professional. My husband and I discussed we will never go with any other plumbing company other than Hansen going forward. Highly recommend them on all levels for any type of job.

We have had three guys from Hansen's out to our house since we closed just over a week ago. They have been so kind and helpful with all of the problems we keep running into. For the sump pump problem, we thought we would have to use a different company due to our home warranty but when they proved to be a joke, we got to go back and have Hansen's come back instead.

These guys always remained professional and courteous. They were honest, fair, and completed the jobs in a timely manner. Hopefully we don't have anymore plumbing issues for quite some time, but if we do, I can guarantee you that we will be calling Hansen's. Update as of January 24, 2024: we have since had someone out at least 2 more times for different issues.

They are always quick and courteous. When explaining the problems, they are great about first explaining it in technical terms and then they explain it again using language I can understand. This company will take care of their customers always. Never thought we would be so loyal to a plumbing company but we won't be using anyone else as long as we live here.

Just for some extra info, they have replaced the faucets for the washing machine, replaced our water softener, fixed the sump pump, repaired a part on the toilet, looked at the water softener when we thought it was acting up again, and now had to fix someone else's work on the a/c unit sealing. Truly a well rounded company that employees extremely knowledgeable people.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Hansen Family Plumbing. Robert was patient and friendly. He provided an estimate for us and answered all of my questions. As soon as I accepted the estimate, I received a call to schedule service. Robert came back to do the work, showed up on time, and was very thorough. Preston was friendly, fast and efficient. He came at the beginning of the window of time I was provided which was a great help to avoid a busy time of day for our business. He was able to ascertain quickly what needed to be done and did so effectively.

We recently had the water heater in our home replaced by Hansen Family Plumbing. Our Technician, Robert, was fantastic. Robert came to our home and recommended the size and type of water heater we needed. The water heater was professionally installed and we are very pleased with the level of service. Robert also did some under-the-kitchen sink plumbing work for us while he was here to fix a problem we were having with our sink drain. We highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing.

Great company to partner with. We had a leaky water heater and Jerry was out to investigate within minutes of our initial contact. He was professional, friendly, and well qualified. Jerry replaced our water heater the next day and stayed until 8 pm on a Friday night to make sure it was installed and working properly. A friend recommended Hansen Family Plumbing for a minor toilet clog and the service was great from start to finish! From the customer service call with Lily (can't recall), follow up text messages, to Preston showing up on time to resolve my issue, everything went smoothly. Preston fixed our toilet clog with a simple diagnosis, educating me through each step and providing me with options.

Hansen was great, and got Mark scheduled out to our house on very short notice for a leaking water heater. He stayed late until the job was done and we had hot water. It was very appreciated since we had family in town. His professionalism could not have been better, and he was a great sport in the family circus we had going at the house at the time!

If we were good friends and you asked me who to call for AC repairs, I'd say Hansen. Since we haven't met, I'm letting you know Hansen is the AC company to call. Highly recommend. Both my AC units had problems within two months of each other and Hansen was there the next day, on time, and had both up and running. One even went out the night before my daughters wedding with her and seven ladies showing up at 7:30 am the next morning. Tech was there at 7am and fixed by the time all arrived! Both times the Tech was professional, friendly, and educated me on what the problems were and what need fixing. So again, highly recommend.

Our plumber, Mark, came on Saturday to fix an interior leak in a copper water line. He was punctual, pleasant and professional. Knocked the repair out quickly and cleaned up both his mess and the one I made cutting out the drywall earlier! Pricing seems fair without a Saturday surcharge. Communication from the company was spot on! I will definitely use Hansen Plumbing in the future!

Hansen Plumbing responded very quickly to my immediate need for a water heater replacement. On a Saturday morning, they contacted me within ten minutes of my text to schedule the technician that same day, and kept me updated regularly on his progress towards getting to my house. The technician (Jerry) was professional, polite, friendly and communicative throughout the installation, and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly when done. They did a great job throughout!

These guys are wonderful! The response time was amazing, same day appointment. Tate, the tech they send was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and overall great. My dog loved him which is our true test! We will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs from here on out!

We needed our clean outs plugged as they were missing caps and bugs were getting in as well as our AC run off pipe extended into the rocks. Receptionist was friendly and I was able to get a quick appointment. Anthony, our technician, arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He educated us on how to properly maintain our drains and answered our water softener questions regarding a future install. Service was timely and the price was great. Very pleased with the service from Erik and his team! Would definitely recommend to others for all their plumbing needs!
