I have had Home Master Air out twice since I bought my house 4.5yrs ago... The system is over 20yrs old. They replaced the capacitor and tuned it up the week I got the house and then back again 3.5yrs later when the condenser can motor went out. Great service, great people. I have Home Depot trying to sell me a new system, not gonna happen. I'm coming to Home Master Air for my new system.

Not reliable! They are we're dishonest and made excuses. I was told AC needed a new Carrier fan motor and it was a special order from Miami and they would be back in 3 days to repair after receiving part. When I called to see why I wasn't on there schedule, they told me it would be another 4-5 days before they could get it repaired. Feel like I'm getting the run around. I called Ferran and part is in stock at Carrier Orlando. Ferran Came out same day and installed!
