Had a new A/C unit, inside and out, installed. Started off a little tricky when we realized the units ordered were not correct. After a bit it was resolved and install went smooth. Harvey, my installer, was fabulous. He stayed very late ensuring the units were working properly. Harvey has a great work ethic!

Great place to get new unit but not so great with finishing the touch ups. Still waiting for side of house to be fixed where electric went into the house. Opening was cut too big and never fixed.

I would have liked it better if the technician had called to give me a heads-up about when he would arrive at my house (arrived a few minutes after the 2-hour window of time I was given). I didn't have any problem other than that. He completed the maintenance check and said he didn't find any issues.

Damien and Arthur did a very good job replacing my water pipes. The job was a little pricey but they give you a great warranty and I guess you get what you pay for. All in all it's a good company to do business with.
