Dave S. Was our technician Appointment was set for 1-3pm. He arrived very close to 1 pm which was so appreciated as we had only hot air blowing through the house! Was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Explained problem, replaced part needed. All work done outside, but at my request examined unit inside. I called Quality First after my AC stopped working and my usual company wasn't sure if they could get someone out the same day. I was immediately impressed by how helpful Ellena was on the phone. They were able to have a technician (Cameron) come out quickly, they verified my parts warranty, and were very knowledgeable. Price was fair and job was done well. They will be my new go to!
