Great company! They went out to the house the day of the call and were very efficient with keeping us informed of what needed to be done. They did what we asked, job is done! Highly recommend them! Very professional!

Always excellent customer service. Justin was very professional and courteous and he explained everything being repaired. I called at 1:40pm to report no cold air. By 1:50pm, I had an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon. This is a very trustworthy company and I appreciate the prompt service. Will always recommend them!

Alex and James were fantastic. If you need a company that answers the phone and shows up on the same day this is it. I called around Noon and they immediately picked up the call, requested a text and email which worked great to keep me updated. James called 30 minutes before they arrived and both technicians came across as very knowledgeable about our Hayward pool heater. Do yourself a favor and call PureTek 1st because I lost time calling around but was lucky enough to get them engaged.

The PureTek techs showed up on time, made their assessment quickly and initiated steps to resolve this issue under warranty. Great crew--friendly, informative, and professional!

I used them yesterday. Honest and up front. Got my ac cooling my house within a couple hours after diagnosing the problem and giving me a few options. Professional and kind! Highly recommend!

Technicians were in a bit of a rush to leave. They did not connect a new thermostat to the app. I just noticed a message on the thermostat screen that said it was not completed. It asked me if I wanted to complete the set up. The technician should have done that. I spent the last half hour trying to pair than your thermostat to my system. It does not recognize the new thermostat.

I am not sure then I'm going to continue using this company for future service. I reached out to the owner of the company. He was incredible. He came over on his own and explain to me what the issue was. It turns out that the new thermostat requires new software for the app. To make a long story short, he went above and beyond, and made sure that we were properly taken care of. Unbelievable service!

Wow. I never write reviews. In fact this is my first one ever. Where do I begin? It was just so hot to the point it makes you delirious. We work from home and our business is from home. Our house was built in the 1940's and is that good concrete. When it is hot it holds all that heat and when it is cold it holds the cold. We were just at our wits end.

We already had an 18,000 Mini Split in our living room but it just could not handle the heat. God is good and we were able to get a new one from Home Depot 24,000 Ductless Aire Minisplit. We had been going back and forth trying to find an HVAC installer. You can find them everywhere even on places like OfferUp but we were just not comfortable with the service being offered.

Most had no licenses and when electricity is involved it is not wise. Without further ado in walks Alex B. referred by my brother and like a hero saved the day. Alex understood the assignment and we could feel he genuinely cared. He made the whole process so seamless even when we thought we couldn't afford to do it. From beginning to end he made us feel safe as we had been swindled with our last install.

On 8/12 they removed our 1 year old 18,000 Minisplit and put it in the bedroom and installed the new one in our living room. He even took care of the concrete slab we needed. He took care of our Extended Warranty paperwork in a timely fashion. Stellar communication and we were freezing by 4pm and still freezing. Thank you kindly Alex and company for changing our lives.

Amazing company with great prices, they replaced my whole A/C unit with a better one and also responded extremely fast when I had an issue. Which Alex took care of it next morning thanks. I can also tell a huge difference in air quality with the two U/V lights that were installed, and love the new Nest thermostat that was installed.
