It's HOT in Texas--triple digit hot! I have depended on CSR for more than 18 years! They are quick to respond, and they always provide excellent service. I have had AC out in mid summer and no heat during ice storms. No matter--they continue to take care of the problem promptly and cost effectively. I can't speak highly enough of the owner, Chris and his guys, Roger and Robbie.

I am really happy I found CSR Air Conditioning and Heating. Roger responded promptly and gave me the info I needed. After the diagnosis he was actually able to get the motor same day, he came back in the afternoon and got that knocked out. The rest of the unit had to be ordered and it arrived fairly quickly. After all said and done, the heater was working again. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome. They came out to do an annual maintenance. Robby was so polite, helpful and did a great job. He checked the system and told us it was working fine and was able to tell us how old our system was and if it was still under warranty. This is the second time we have used them and will definitely continue. Service: AC maintenance

Had a relay switch that was sticking. First time Robby came out we could not get the problem to replicate so he didn't want to replace unnecessarily so told me to call when it did it again and he would come right out (didn't charge me for a service call). Problem replicated a month or so later and true to his word was out by 8:30 and repaired the relay switch. Appreciate the integrity very much.

I've been working with this company for the last several years that I've lived in my house, and they've done a few checks on the system. Shortly after signing into contract in the sale of my home, the system died and I needed to get it done ASAP. Roger and his team arrived on time installed new condenser unit and ac coil. Very professional when he initially came to look at the system he came back and gave me options and didn't try to sell me anything extra. I've dealt with some of the other ac repair companies and my experience with CSR has been the best by far I will do business with this company again and highly recommend them. Best of all it was very affordable!

Last Thursday at 4:00 we turned our ac on and, of course, no cool air. We called Roger at CSR and by 5:00 he was at the house and discovered that, yes, our ac had problems. We talked about our options and decided that the route we were going to take was a new ac. To make a long story short, by 10:30 Friday morning we had a complete ac unit installed and working great! Their crew were here on time, installed our ac, and cleaned up. Great company, great crew, can't beat it! Would I recommend them? Most definitely!

I have used Roger with CSR for several years now and on 4 different properties that I own plus I am a realtor. I needed an AC professional I could trust. Roger and Rodney have both done an honest job and have always shown up on time. I appreciate their professionalism and care. Tenant called said she had no heat, Roger replaced a flame sensor on the fly. They are replacing an AC unit for me at another home this summer.
