Isael came out and explained everything he was doing, gave me some tips, and provided estimates of when some of the moving parts may need replacement. I have a 2 story home and the temp upstairs has consistently been about 10-15 degrees warmer than downstairs. We'd freeze downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs hardly got any air flow. I've used Grande before and had them come out to take a look. Turns out I had dampers that weren't working and a leak in my duct work. They were able to replace the dampers and duct work and also installed an air purification system to help combat seasonal allergies. The difference upstairs now is night and day! I appreciate they're honesty and responsiveness and would highly recommend them.

My husband was very impressed with the service we were given and said the Tech was very knowledgeable and came straight to us first thing in the morning when we called after business hours the night before. Our AC was not blowing cold air and he fixed it easily and told us that our system was still under warranty so all we had to pay for was labor. Now were cool and happy in Texas hot October nights lol

Experienced AC issues late in the evening scrambling to find 24/7 solutions. Grande was the quickest solution available with regard to response time and sending somebody out. They also kept me updated with phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. They weren't the first option in going through google search for the area, but I'm glad I landed on them.
I finally called Grande at 8:25pm and they had someone already headed out just before 9pm. This is as good as it gets when it comes to service. Professional company.professional results with a friendly smile and attitude.and a ton of experience and knowledge. Highly recommended!

My AC was blowing warm air, inside my house it was 98° I called Grande Air solutions and they sent Yamel right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it. I am very happy with the great customer service he had. I even learned some things I didn't know about the AC unit. He was Very thorough and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Unfortunately my AC went out, but the people from Grande Air Solutions did a fantastic job fixing it. I took them less than one hour to get to my location after I call them. The person that I spoke with was Isael, he gave me a couple of option and quoted me a very fair price. I would say they took care of the problem in less than 45 mins, and even sent pictures and video since I had to go back to my job. I definitely recommend them.

Isael and staff were very helpful, and Isael came within an hour after we called. He understood the urgency of the situation because it was a hot day and we needed the AC to stay on, instead of turning the unit off to keep water from coming down. Isael is also very knowledgeable and always works fast and diligently to fix the issue.

These are the guys you want to call for AC and heating. I've used them for 3 years. They are friendly, explain what's going on, and honest; have provided me short term workarounds and long term fixes for both my gas fireplace, heating, and now AC. My AC went out Thursday and it was replaced by yesterday afternoon and at an amazingly fair, competitive cost for a brand new AC unit. Zero pressure.
