From the day they installed my new furnace and air conditioning they have been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. My furnace is almost 2yrs old and the blower was vibrating. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and went to get the part to get it fixed the same day. I'm very happy I stayed local and will continue to use them for our maintenance and service needs.

Buchner was able to rearrange schedules to quickly diagnose our problem and complete the repairs. The original estimate was about $895 for a 5 hour job. After completing the repair, the technician said our circuit board had been damaged sometime between his original diagnosis and his scheduled repair visit(a day later). This resulted in another $700 charge. The techniciian arrived early and completed the entire job in 6 hours. So far four days later, the furnace is working flawlessly.

Very nice people! Everyone I worked with was a pleasure, from calling in to setup an estimate, to the estimate, to the install. Was very quick too as from initial call to install was less than a week. Very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend!

Brandon was very friendly, efficient, wore mask, and performed a PM in a very professional and thorough way. The service fee was quite reasonable too. Used their services for annual maintenance on the two HVACs in my house. As I expect from Buchner, the technician was very professional and courteous. Extremely patient in answering my questions. Did a thorough checkup of a humidifier water flow without charging anything extra. I trust Buchner for quality. I have always used Buchner for replacing HVAC/AC and have recommended them to my friends.

We always purchase an annual furnace and air condition inspection package. This fall our service man pointed out that our Radon level was not in the right range. He mentioned it might be because of a fan not working. We contacted our Radon service, and indeed we needed a new fan. Thank you for pointing it out to us.

This is a very customer focused business and even the rebate from Nicor was processed for me. The installers were great. They showed on time as indicated, walked me through the work completed and the use of the new ecobee thermostat. They left my home as it was when they arrived. I am very pleased with my experience, am a customer for life and look forward to a continued partnership.

The technician was knowledgeable, was patient and answered all of my questions ( I have an engineering background), as well as professional, and proficient. He arrived on time and remained until the job was completed His workmanship was excellent and he left the work area neater than he found it. He was considerate and wore a mask the entire time. It was a very good experience.

Sean over @ Buchner, along with his Installation Team, were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The product is great, the proposals are spot on and easy to read, and the entire Team is easy to work with. Sean also helped us with a difficult property, that was not a simple system switch.

I replaced my AC, furnace, & water heater. Sean did an outstanding job providing great information for all the different equipment and options. After having several companies in my house I decided to go with Buchner Heating & Air conditioning and I am glad I did. Mike and Mark did an outstanding job during the installation process. Both of them were very professional and went the extra mile to explain to me all the details of the new thermostat. Mike and Mark took the time to answer all my questions in regards to the equipment and its functionality.

We wanted to be a little proactive with our home mechanicals as we were running up to, or even past, the expected life of our furnace, A/C, and water heater. We chose Buchner over any other local HVAC company not just because they were the most competitive, but because they offered a easy, smooth process from sales to install that I don't think could have been matched. Sean was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions regarding the quote and sizing of the equipment for our home, and I like the presentation of our options of equipment which made it really easy for us to compare and choose what best suited us for performance and budget.

All we had to do was make a decision, and everything else was completed and scheduled by Buchner, including permits with the city. The team handling the install was some of the most polite, personable, and knowledgeable people I could have met. Jesse and his team really knocked it out of the park with not only the obvious quality craftsmanship of their work, but their attention to detail, especially with the install of our tankless water heater. It looks like it was a commercial install! Seriously, see for yourself! I cannot recommend Buchner enough to anyone else needing HVAC and plumbing work!

Very pleased with their services. My A/C stopped working and Rob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it- at a reasonable cost. I have also used them before. About five or six years ago, I had a problem with my furnace, which was not that old at the time. I called another company first ( they shall remain nameless, but think spring summer fall winter, the four -------) that company just wanted to sell me a new furnace. I didn't feel good about that and called Buchner. They came out repaired it for about $400 and it's been working just fine ever since. I highly recommend them.

Tim came by within just a business day of our email to look over our problem, then fixed it the next day. He was very friendly, informative, the price he told us was what we paid, and the three different things we asked him to do (fix a broken drain pipe that was leaking, remove an old toilet from the basement, and fix our upstairs tub so that it drained properly) were done in just about 3 1/2 hours. Quicker than I expected for a fair price with great friendliness. I couldn't ask for more. We will use this company again for our plumbing needs for sure.

I called for service on new years day night after my furnace went out. After speaking with the answering service, I received a quick call back from Jeremy. He walked me through some troubleshooting and talked me through fixing the problem without him having to come out -- A big help in a pinch. I will definitely be using them in the future should the need arise.
