We had Anthony G service our home to check on the HVAC system and also provide feedback to have a dehumidifier installed in our basement. He was very professional and provided us with valuable input with regard to questions we had. He's been by far the best technician from Mendel that we worked with since last year.

The ejector pump for our well and septic system had gone bad. Mendel scheduled us for the next day, and we received a text with Brock's bio and photo letting us know he was on his way that morning. Brock was great, answered all of my questions, explained everything he was doing, provided all of the pricing options and made me feel comfortable with the decisions I had to make. He got right to work and had our new pump in by lunch time. Great service, would definitely use Mendel again and again.

Called Mendel late evening to report a pipe leak. Serviceman, Mike, came out early morning, quickly identified and repaired the problem. In addition to the repair he answered our many questions with patience sharing his knowledge with a pleasant demeanor. We are always pleased with Mendel's service but we feel Mike went over and above helping us. Mendel's the BEST!

The Mendel technician was prompt, polite and efficient. He came to check our sump pump and installed a new battery. He mentioned some ideas for thinking about since we've had the pump for five years. He was not pushy, just very informative. I appreciated that. We have used Mendel for many years and highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

We are Mendel clients for years. We continue to use Mendel because of their expertise and quality work in both electrical and plumbing work. The recent installation by Mike of recessed lighting in our kitchen, dining and office areas was simply OUTSTANDING. He understood where the lighting belonged to maximize the lighting in each area. The recessed lighting transformed each room and we are extremely pleased with the results.

A good friend at church recommended I call Mendel. I was very pleased with the service provided by Mendel. It was very easy to schedule an appointment via the telephone for the next day and a repairman arrived at 8 AM. The problem was with a water softener that is over 18 years old. The repairman presented the options for replacing the softener or for trying to get it operational.
Given how expensive it would be to replace the softener, I decided to try repairing it. The repairman spotted an obvious problem and fixed that problem. He said parts could no longer be obtained for a unit that old, so he was uncertain how long that fix would last. I was very satisfied with the whole repair process. Thank you, Mendel.

Justin & Jake installed a washer & dryer for me. Sounds fairly simple. however, my vents & plumbing needed an update.it was a mess. J&J explained the problems and costs upfront. They finished the job, tested their work and cleaned up afterwards. EVERY experience I've had with Mendel's has been top notch! Always professional, friendly and trustworthy!

Made an appointment online, they confirmed the next morning and asked if I would like for somebody to come out sooner than originally scheduled. The technician Matt was excellent. He repaired our thermostats, tutored us on the operations of our humidifying units, and made sure they were in good working condition. Once again, excellent service!
