Over the past 2 years, we've called 5 different A/C companies to come by and check out a leak that kept recurring every 2 to 4 months. Each company stated they only had to blow out the lines but we knew it shouldn't get clogged that frequently. Finally we contracted Renovaire and they immediately assessed the drain pipes weren't sufficient with our setup.

They came the first day we called and got us to a point that it wasn't backed up. 2 days later they came back and fixed it, as well as setup an access panel to make it easy to maintain in the future. Excellent customer service, quality work, quick response, and great prices sets these guys apart from the other companies. We cannot recommend their work enough and will only deal with them for future services.

Called on a Wednesday to have them come out and do maintenance on my unit. Set me up for Thursday after 2:00. Thursday at 5:00 comes around and I call to see if something happened. Guy tells me he forgot to write my appointment down in his planner and sets me up for Monday after 3:00. Monday comes around. At 2:00 I call to check in. No answer. I leave a voicemail. Never came by, and never heard back from them. Went with another local service.
