Scott Barbour did a great job with ac unit service today at my place. He is very honest person. There were multiple scenarios where he could have easily fooled me and charge me for more money. But he didn't do that. He was honest in how much work he did and how many pounds of coolant he used. His honest work ethic is what i liked the most apart from the good knowledge he has about ac stuff. He patiently answered all my questions. I just wanted to thank Bill Joplin's for great service. We had an issue with our thermostat, when we first called, they said, because of demand it would take a couple of days. But then, they called us within an hour and said, they would try to get someone out asap. Then, within 30 minutes of of that, another rep called and said that they were sending someone out right then. Then, when the technician got here, he was very helpful, knowledgable, and got our system back up and running within 30 minutes. Very happy with our choice to use Joplin's for our AC/HVAC needs, and will keep using them.

Scotty completed the spring A/C system for us check last week and he was great, you could tell he enjoys what he does by his willingness to show you what he sees as well as explain things. He took his time to make sure he checked everything over and didn't rush. He identified that we have a leak in the evaporator of one of the units and got us set up for a replacement. We've used Joplin's for years and they are always timely and professional, I'd highly recommend them!

Scott Barbour came out today and serviced our AC unit to make sure we were ready for the TX summer. He was extremely thorough, honest about what he was seeing in regards to parts wear and tear and replaced some parts to help keep our system running smoothly. Scott B. just came out to do preventive maintenance on our heating system. He was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions about the best type of filters to use and how often to replace them. The office staff were very nice in scheduling the appointment (and rescheduling twice - for my needs). I really like the email and text messaging reminders and updates. A great experience, overall.
