I have been using DT Air Conditioning & Heating for the past several years. Zee is our technician and he has done a great job in maintaining our AC and Heating systems. He's knowledgeable, thorough and customer- oriented. Recently, my old Evaporator Coil didn't work so Dana, Zee and their installation team removed and replaced my Evaporator Coil. They did a fantastic job during the summer heat season!

Great. We selected DT to replace our two builder installed units about 10 years ago and have had them serviced regularly by DT. Today, we called because part of our house was warmer than the rest. Zee from DT came later today and after checking our units and confirming that they were working properly suggested and showed me how to adjust the dampers (in the attic) to reallocate air to the warmer area.
Great service and he was explained a lot of aspects. I highly recommend DT Air Conditioning and there was no charge today since they had performed our regular service less than a month ago.

Zee arrived promptly at the start of the appointment window and spent about an hour debugging my issue. He was able to re-start the motor by re-plugging in the chip set which had come loose at the engine base. I appreciate the next level service by Zee and DT Air Conditioning for finding the simple fix instead of settling for a bigger pay day. They'll be the first I call in the future.

Alan arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem explaining exactly what was needed. The part required to resolved the issue was available locally, Alan went and picked it up and returned and completed the repair within the 2 hour appointment timeframe. I had them initially come out to diagnose my unit which wasn't cooling very well. I was already leaning towards replacing the unit with a larger one, and after discussing options, we decided to go that route. I was given quotes for several systems and decided to go with the least expensive. There was no hard sell or pressure. they were just super friendly, and got me on the schedule very quickly.
The day of the install went great. They showed up on time, answered all my questions and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. My house is now an ice box. I can't thank them enough

This is such a great company! My Technician is Zee who does a great job and is informative along the way and above all, he is honest. I am mechanically able so when the AC fails, I check a few things out in advance and have a good idea of what is wrong before the tech arrives. I have had OTHER COMPANIES outright lie about failures but I can read and use a voltmeter.
I have also been told that if I didn't have ducts cleaned, I was risking my family's health - Wow! Zee is always on target, to the point that I would have thought he was one of the owners because of the professionalism he brings to the job. DT / Zee has been out several times now. My AC was out and I would have waited another day in the heat to have Zee service the AC. Thank you!

DT Air Conditioning did a great job from the quote through the installation of my new AC units. Dana walked through my home to assess my situation and provided 3 recommended options for my needs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything. On the day of the install, they brought a large crew and got both systems swapped out in about 6 hours.

Dana and his team did an excellent job and went well above my expectations. I received the highest quality air conditioning system available for my home at an excellent price. The Carrier 19 SEER unit looked like it came right off the factory floor and when we checked the manufacture date they were only 2-3 months old! The team of installers did a great job, and considering the amount of old duct work that needed replacing, it was a massive project for them.
I also needed an extra return air vent and Dana provided that at no cost, letting me know that other companies would probably not do the extra work but he wants every job done correctly. I highly, highly recommend DT Air. Now my home feels amazing and the dehumidifier is a wonderful extra feature to keep our house cool all day long. No more summertime blues for us! Thanks again Dana and everyone on your team!

Excellent work, excellent communication, quick and efficient repair. Zee came out and quickly diagnosed an issue with the compressor. Rather than immediately quote me a price to replace it (as others quickly would have done), he took everything apart and quickly realized that a rodent had chewed through the wire. Quick and easy fix. Zee was honest, efficient, and will certainly use again in the future.

The job went fantastically well, and the crew did an excellent job installing all new ducts and an entire new system. They replaced the furnace, condenser and evaporator coil and sized it perfectly to meet our demands for more air flow to traditionally hot spots such as our bedroom. The new system is 50% quieter and I no longer have to increase the volume on the TV when the fan turns on.
They were very extremely friendly and polite, and cleaned up every bit of debris. They also brought drop cloths to cover the floors as well. I definitely recommend this team and they had the best service for the price over their competitors. They work to get rebates from Oncor if available which will subtract from the total price, and they also take care of the warranty registration for all the new components. I'm extremely pleased with the work done by this company.

I can recommend DT Air Conditioning & Heating wholeheartedly. Dana and his team did an amazing and quick (single day) job of swapping out my old 2 ton and 4 ton ACs, furnaces and some additional duct work. His price was the best I encountered by far, which honestly gave me pause, but fear not. you are in good hands. DT is a member of the Oncor Efficiency Incentive program which provides incentives to encourage upgrading to higher efficiency units - a portion of this rebate gets passed onto you which helps with the price (along with Carrier rebates).
The installation job looks fantastic including support bars, not just straps, to insure the furnaces do not sag over time. As the electronic variable speed motors on these higher efficiency units are expensive to replace, I would recommend surge suppressors on inside and outside units. They are cheap and provide a little peace of mind since surges are not covered by manufacturer warranties.

I had all of the ductwork in my home replaced by Dana and his team about 2 years ago. They successfully achieved all requests I had on air flow to rooms and overall ductwork replacement. The system works perfect and I am very happy with the final product. Dana and his team were professional and courteous during all steps of the process. I did bid the project out to 4 companies and Dana submitted a fair and reasonable estimate for this work.
I would certainly recommend this company to others for HVAC work. I have also had Dana back out since this time for an additional item that needed to be address that was not associated with the ductwork. I was just as happy with his work that time as well. I had called DT Air Conditioning & Heating after being told I would have to replace a compressor for $1500. Dana came out and did a thorough diagnosis. He spent over an hour diagnosing issues one by one. The previous tech had maybe spent 10-15 minutes. After the diagnosis, he determined the real problems. He was very honest and straight forward with suggestions.
He explained what he was seeing and why he was recommending fixes. He was not trying to upcharge me on unneeded fixes. He basically saved me over $1000. I will be using DT Air Conditioning & Heating for all my future AC needs. I have already recommended to friends.

During a routine seasonal inspection (which we've done for several years with DT Air), Zee discovered a leak. Unfortunately, we were not available during the spring for the work to be completed and we had to schedule this work during the busiest time (June 2018). The coil was covered under Lennox's parts warranty but Dana still scheduled us during his busiest season.
The installer was professional and courteous. The work was performed on time and took a reasonable amount of time. I've recommended DT Air multiple times and have never received any negative comments from folks who have used their service. They always treat their customers as if it is their own home. We called DT-AC on a Saturday morning to schedule a furnace maintenance check-up with an emphasis on a slight gas smell in our hot water heater/furnace closet. They were out to our house within the hour. We were so pleased with the work they did, their customer service, and their integrity (they taped over something with a small crack rather than try to make us buy a replacement, and made it clear that even though our capacitor for the blower motor is dying, we did NOT have to replace it today, even though we chose to). I would 100% recommend them to anyone with any HVAC needs.

I called DT Air Conditioning & Heating to replace an evaporator coil. Dana came out quickly and was able to schedule the replacement the next day. His technicians were wonderful.very neat and personable. I was concerned at the end of the service call when the technician told me that the new unit was larger and, therefore, held more refrigerant. I thought, "Here comes the whopper add-on cost". There was none at all and my concern was unfounded. I appreciated the honesty and integrity they displayed. Bought a new air-conditioner a couple of months ago and have been completely satisfied with both the unit and the customer service has been wonderful. Couldn't figure out how to get the touchpad to work for the thermostat and the owner came by and showed me how to calibrate it and fixed it for me. They did a wonderful job on installation and are very professional. Would definitely do business with them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

I can highly recommend DT Air Conditioning and Heating for service and repair. Dana is very responsive to calls and provides a quality product with a great labor team. Unfortunately, I had a great deal of trouble with both of my air conditioners this summer. I used DT for all of the service and repairs. Reasonable costs on big ticket items and quick to come to the service appointments.
