Back then, service calls were placed by pager and invoices were filed alphabetically in a binder. We had our AC unit stop blowing cold air in the morning and our neighbor and your employee Dalyn Weilbaker saved the day! He was able to swing by on his own time and diagnose the problem and have us back up and running in the matter of just a couple hours. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Service people came to my house on May 31,2022. There was an incident where one of them scratched my park car in the garage. I was told I would get a call from the owner Zack Hammond himself. DID NOT. I call the next am was told I would get a call within the hour DID NOT. This needs to be rectified as soon as possible! Trustworthy, Excellent customer service and knowledgeable are just a few things that you will experience with Zack Hammond! A few years ago, they replaced my furnace inside and outside units, and I added a ductless system. Due to the quality care and of course the cost it was a no brainer to have them service all my equipment needs. Would highly recommend this company!

To start off.the receptionist was extremely friendly. On day of appointment, tech. called an hour in advance so I was happy about that. He was very nice, knowledgeable, made me comfortable and made a quick repair. He saved me a lot of money! I would recommend this company to anyone! Great service. Called about getting condenser coils cleaned. Told me about an online coupon to save me some money and came out the next day. Avery checked my whole system and cleaned the coils, didn't try to sell me something I don't need, and told me about maintenance plan they offer. I intend to purchase that when it's time to check heating system. They have gained a customer for life! Thanks again Avery.
