The overall installation and service on my new HVAC system has been great. Go Green came out and installed as promised. My biggest hang up is that they talked me into a better unit because an excel rebate for $800 was offered. The upgraded unit cost me $500 more than I was quoted, so I figured I'd save $300 in the long run. This is where my problem started.
My unit was installed a month ago, and I have been told by the receptionist that I would be getting my rebate filed. She took down my information, and said she would get right on it. A week goes by and I don't hear anything, so I called back to ask. I get the excuse of, "oh sorry, I've been really busy. My daughter is graduating high school this week so I haven't had time.
I'll get right on that." Another week goes by, and no response. This time I call the owner and ask him what is happening. He proceeded to tell me that they had to schedule a time to come back out and verify everything was working correctly before submitting the rebate, and even he didn't know why the receptionist gave me the wrong info. So, a tech comes out and was able to quickly verify.
They told me that the receptionist would contact me the same day to verify everything was set up for the rebate. A week goes by and no call. So I call again, and leave a voicemail. No call back. It has been another week since then and I just called and left another message. This has gotten outrageous at this point. I have told them either cut me a check for $800 or submit my rebate.
Although their installation team is great, the customer service here is atrocious. I would not recommend using this company to anyone, and I am disappointed in the quality of care they have for their customers.

Great experience working with Zach and his team. Just got a new high efficiency HVAC system installed by them. They beat everybody else's price and the installation was an easy process. Zach was very patient in troubleshooting minor issues that I had and followed up on everything. Their scheduler (Annie) was very accommodating. I'm very happy to have found somebody local to be my go-to for my HVAC needs.

Just finished the install for central AC. The entire experience was fantastic! Zach was very accommodating to my schedule to get to our house quickly to do the estimate. And the install went extremely smoothly! Everyone was very professional and kind to our dogs. Not to mention a great price! Very very satisfied!

We had a furnace and humidifier installed and are extremely happy with the work, the price and Zach's attention to detail. Zach came out before and after the work was done and was very informative on all aspects of the installation. He even did some fine tuning after the work was done and worked with us on a couple issues that came up during the installation in a very fair and reasonable manner. Very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend Go Green.

I would highly recommend Zach and his company, Go Green heating and air conditioning to anyone who needs a competent, personable, prompt contractor for a price that is more than fair. Zach came out the same day I called him and performed the work in a quick and efficient manor. He did what we requested and didn't push to sell other services or try to say that there was more going on than what we had explained or had asked for. If you hire Zach, you won't be disappointed, we will be clients for life!
