They replaced our old furnace and HVAC unit because the HVAC unit was working but making a lot of noise. We have had issues with it ever since. The old units worked better, the new unit occasionally makes a high pitch screaming sound. We were told it's working as is and who cares it's under warranty. We have had to replace several parts on these new units. Our entire kitchen vibrates when we turn our furnace or air on. Spend more money and hire someone that knows what they are doing.

Incredible family owned business with fair prices and great work. Lou and the team have bailed my family out twice on short notice when we had two out of season cold snaps. Lou came over in the evening when the furnace wouldn't work, while I struggled to figure out what we were going to do with my 5 week old without heat. Fast forward 3 years, an he and the team came over on a holiday to get the heat working for my family. Not to mention that he didn't charge outrageous prices for these visits. Cannot recommend this group more.
