Nathan Padilla, a Colorado native and the owner, began his plumbing apprenticeship right after graduating high school in 1998. He excelled in his training, earning the title of Honor Graduate in a class of 60 at a local plumbing apprentice program. Over the years, Nathan gained valuable experience working with various plumbing and mechanical contractors in the Denver area.

In 2007, Nathan earned his Colorado Master Plumber license and I.C.C. Master Mechanical certification. By 2012, he decided to start his own business, driven by a commitment to providing friendly, top-notch service. I've used Prime Plumbing and Heating several times now. They're wonderful, super helpful, the work doesn't come cheap, but do you want the work done cheap, or do you want it done right? They'll do it right. I also want to shout out to Bradley and Brian. I've had the pleasure of both technicians. They're professional, good at their jobs, and go out of their way to help the customers feel at ease.

I want to also shout out to Megan who has likewise been an absolute pleasure to work with. Being a local company right here in North Denver is a definite bonus. They once even gifted us a thermos mug and home-baked cookies. No one else comes close to taking care of their customers the way they do. Highly recommended.

Today I came home from work and smelled gas going throughout my home. I remembered seeing a prime vehicle, and looked them up to see when someone would be available to come out! I was surprised when I spoke with Emily who said she could get someone out later this evening, and kept me in the loop with updates throughout the day.
