Secure, replaced my Furnace. I called several Heating company's, and no one was available. I understand this is the busy season, however he made an effort to service my home the next day, and work over time to install the parts. I would most defiantly recommend him to my friends and family.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, SECURE COMFORT. ROBERT ALEXANDER IS THE OWNER. He installed a 14 SEER heat pump when it should have been a 15 SEER heat pump. Like it is agreed on the contract. Also in his contract he should have pulled permits but he did not and told me I had to pay. Clearly states in his contract it is part of the flat fee rate.

His electrical license is currently suspended, since May 2017 and yet he still does electrical work illegally. He has been cited for several infractions by Labor and Industry for not pulling permits. Do not waste your time nor money with Secure Comfort or Robert Alexander. He has done nothing to remedy my issues or the cities issues with his scrupulous activities.
