Still Amazing! Turns out we needed to get our 21 year old unit replaced because, well, it was old and leaking. LOL. Martin did an excellent job explaining what was going on, and providing us options. we decided to get it replaced with Martin. The process was seamless, affordable, and still working great after 3 months. Old post: We had our HVAC serviced a few months ago and all is well. Granted, I know nothing about HVAC systems, but our system works good and Martin's customer service was great! Oh, The estimate received over the phone was exactly the same once he arrived. We'll contact Triple M HVAC again!

Martin talked to me and was very positive, after I reached out on Angie's list, and he was ready to come out immediately. He was professional, so I gave him the list of issues the other company told me. We met at my house a few days later, he did his evaluation, he assured me that it was a few of those items but aside from that he should have me back up and running, he replaced the capacitor, cleaned coil, and added refrigerant.

All seemed well at first, but by the evening of that day, it was blowing heat again. So I decided to replace the unit. Martin reached out to me to check on things and when he realized I was not up and running offered me a refund and the option to purchase through his company. He was always professional and very caring. I would recommend this company for sure.
