Aaron arrived on time and ready to work. He was very courteous and informed me of what he was doing. He checked to see if it was ok to bring in his equipment. As people were still in bed, he worked around them including my daughter who just arrived from a night shift duty. He was very thorough and left the place really clean and tidy.

We had a broken hot water pipe in our bathroom. In one day Kyle & Nathan found the problem, told us how they would fix it. Then came back & did exactly what they promised a supervisor came by to check that all was good. We've used this company for over 17 years. They've install 2 new a/c, & 2 heater's & a new hot water heater, along with completely insulating our attic, soundproof & re-zoned our bedroom for extra cooling! Thanks. Very fast response and very nice technician. Came out was very efficient had my unit diagnosed in about 20min. Bad capacitor showed me the problem with the capacitor was low voltage. But wanted 349.00 to replace it. Already had it out and new one in hand. New capacitor online was 20.00. I know businesses are there to make money and I understand this, i even understand marking up parts but 349.00?

They had to reinstall the old one anyway so there was no more work involved. I dont mind paying for a service but 349.00 just seemed high to me. They got their 89.00 for a service call but missed out on a potential customer. Total would have been 438.00 plus tax to replace a capacitor. Im not upset at all just seems high to me and I couldn't justify it. They were very fast and very nice people.

My elderly parents live in the Fresno area, and I am in the Bay Area. Their A/C unit went out, of course during the hottest time of the year. They were quoted $25k for a new unit. I called Allbritten for a quote and the tech came out and was able to literally save them thousands of dollars with a solution. I called on Friday, they were out the next day.

They would have come the same day but my Dad had a doctor's appointment. I called my parents today, and they are enjoying the nice cold air. Thank you so much for outstanding customer service from the moment I sent my first e-mail to the end of repairs.

I bought an ac unit from Albritten 3 years ago. I am having them come out for the second time, to repair the unit. It has broken down twice and during the summer as well. The service tech was just here last month and gave it a clean bill of health. I have paid top dollar for the air conditioning unit and the service provided. NOT HAPPY! WILL NOT RECOMMEND IN THE FUTURE.

Saved my house and my night! Got off work 5pm to find my showers and toilets backed up all over my house! No one would come out that late. Called albriten the friendly secretary quoted me an hr but they were there in 30 min. Chris Whaley was our technician. He was very nice and so professional! Fixed our hard core clog in under 30 min! Chris Is the man! Don't waste your time calling other slacking company's. Just call albritten and get it taken care of fast!

Contracted another A/C company to install a smart thermostat. After spending about 3 hours of cutting wires and making my A/C system totally inoperative, they gave up! Called Allbritten and thank you to Josue.he was able to repair the damage caused by the other company and install the smart thermostat! Awesome job Allbritten and Josue!

We've used Allbritten for both HVAC services and for plumbing recently. They put in new beautiful quiet (and efficient) ductless systems in our house. We love them. Allbritten's guys were great communicators, timely, and left our property super clean. We were very happy with their work. Their plumbers also did a great job figuring out our leak issue and installed a new water heater. Very trustworthy company with high standards. Highly recommend.

They charged $419.00 to tune up my tankless water heater so it will last longer. And it did. One day then it stopped working. They have been out 2 times to try and fix it. And now want to charge me another $439.00 to fix a part They said has nothing to do with the original job. To top it off it is a 3 day weekend on Saturday and we have no hot water until Wednesday or Thursday of next week that will beat least 5 days with no hot water.

We have my 92 year old mother in law living with us under nurses care and need to bathe her every couple days for health reasons and now are unable to do so. Our equipment worked fine until they serviced it and it looks to cost us close to $900.00 for it to run right. They have commercials on the radio daily that say they treat there workers better than the customers because this in turns creates happy customers. It doesn't. I realize they don't care much for there customers.whic only creates unhappy customers.

Been using Allbritten for a couple years now regarding our AC system. I called yesterday to get the refrigerant refilled since the system has a leak for a couple years now but didn't want to spend couple thousands getting that leak fixed. A couple of technician came to the house yesterday, told them that we're aware that there is a refrigerant leak and just wanted to get refrigerant refilled which takes about 5 to 6 pounds based on the last 3 times someone refilled it.

They've also raised the price of refrigerant to $155 per pound from $89 last year if i'm not mistaken. But they fast talked me into getting up in the attic and checking for leaks. I asked them if that would be free since i'm aware it would be expensive to fix the whole system. they insisted it's free. after an hour, they gave an estimate to replace a coil (including the whole work to be done) for $3500 if the system has a warranty and $4800 if not. Told we don't want to do that and just wanted the refrigerant refilled which they did. Again, I informed them that it usually takes about 5 to 6 pounds based on the last time it was refilled.

When they were done, one guy went inside and told my wife that it was done and he put 7 pounds of refrigerant without even checking with us if 5 or 6 pounds would be enough to get the system cool enough. the last couple of technicians would usually check with us if the system is cool enough at a certain pound but this technician decided to put 7 pounds without checking with us to make the system super cool which we ended up spending $1370 just for the refill. Allbritten have good honest technicians that serviced our system before but we're definitely calling somebody else next time

Hello my name is Janice and I have called Alb Britain to get it a service person out early February of the year and he came out and said there was nothing wrong and I was charged service fee of $65. about a week two weeks later 10 days I called again because it was backing up again. The same plumber came back and augered the line, stated it was fine.

I called and asked for a refund of my original service fee and was told my visa would be credited. A week later backed up again, new plumber came and told me I needed auger from the toilet, which he did. I asked why I needed second auger, told that he would snake from toilet to street. Vs the first plumber who snaked from the outside. He removed toilet and snaked the line andWas told I needed a newer toilet as my older toilet could not take too much paper, told him I would advise my gr son to be careful about the amt of paper he uses. Called about my refund told it will be done.

After another few weeks stillno refund, called again and told it would be done. It was recently credited after several calls. Today my toilet backed up again, this is a new low flow toilet, called Albritton and spoke with manager who advised they do not guarantee this service and they will gladly send out a plumber but will charge me a service fee of $85 to evaluate the problem, needless to say I declined.

I am in search for another plumbing service. I HOPE IF YOU CALL ALBRITTON, YOUGET BETTER RESULTS. I am truly disappointed in both the plumbers and the lack of customer service

We had Allbritten out in December for a leaking hot water heater. They quoted us $6000 to replace it. Absolutely ridiculous. We ended up having it replace with someone else for under $2000. We have been customers of Allbritten for the last 10 years but definitely feel taken advantage of after that experience. We will be using someone else from now on.

So. I am a renter whose mgmt company has been contraring with 3rd parties to repair my heater. I haven't had heat since before Xmas (it's Feb 7th) they have been out here over a dozen times. I requested an appointment to help us detect a leak. The technician arrived and was unable to find the leak. He stated that he would have to get the equipment from another technician. He suggested that I schedule this appointment for tomorrow. When I called Albritton to ask why they do not send their technicians with the equipment the woman on the other end of the line proceeded to argue with me. Albritton cares at all about their customer service I would listen to my call to them today a little after 4 PM and have a talk with the woman who answers the phones. They just lost a customer for life.

We were concerned about the possible need for more insulation in the attic of our 22-year-old home. We gave Allbritten a call for an attic inspection of our heating system and insulation concern. Their technician, John D., arrived on time as scheduled, and provided an inspection report along with pictures of what he had found. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and professional.

The heater finally died. in the middle of winter. BRRR! After trying to contact our regular service technician from another company only to be met with silence, my husband decided to call Albritten! DEFINITELY WORTH IT. When the technician came out he was super informative and helpful. We found out the motor on our 13 year old unit finally died. He had to order the part and we waited a week for it to arrive.

Once it came, the same technician came out and once he was done gave us a full report on our unit. The heat in the house was a delight after living in a house that was approximately 55 degrees inside. We have signed up with them to do our regular services and will totally recommend them to anyone who needs a referral!

Allbritten is quick to give quotes and promises of rebates. But in the end they loose paperwork and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I have had my air ducts and A/c replaced with them and I still get bad flow into rooms and uneven temperatures in the house. Now we lost out on a promised rebate because they lost the paperwork and won't take responsibility for it.

When you need service and can request a technician, ask for Lance. We have had other a/c companies out to repair a serious issues with our central air and received different responses using our home warranty, not none resolved. Lance came out and resolved three years ago and continues to resolve issues and ensure our units (two) run great.

We had these guys come out. The day of the appointment Pool was dispatched. He was a young friendly guy was somewhat knowledgeable with the exception of his suggestion to have us replace our thermostat he said wasnt working which it clearly was. Almost wasted $200 easily as I can tell he was antsy to split.

Called to let them know and that's it, never got a call from them never heard anything from them. Kept calling and all I get is I'll look into it. Our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air but the condensing fan motor was still working. Had Allbritten come out to diagnose the unit. Was told that the capacitor was bad and would cost $400 to replace. Told the tech put the unit back the way it was because I would replace it myself. The same replacement capacitor can be bought online for $30, total price gouging!

Found out after replacing the capacitor the tech wired the unit back incorrectly. Had to call them out again they sent out the original tech with an additional one who was the one that found the wiring issue. They charged me a second call out fee even though they wired it back incorrectly. Do not recommend using them they do not stand behind there work and price gouging at it's best.

I had one of two roof HVAC units go out and was in the market for a new unit. My system was very old (1970s.). After interviewing a handful of companies, Allbritten was - without a doubt - the most comprehensive, thorough, and professional company I encountered. When we pulled the trigger and decided to hire Allbritten, the process was seamless. John Drollette (sales) did an excellent job of explaining everything in depth and followed up throughout the process.

This was a very large job (removal of old units and ducting, addition of a new 5-ton, whole-house sealing, all new duct work and insulation, etc.) that required multiple work crews over a 5-day period. The leads, both Bryan Diaz and Ronnie Levan, did an outstanding job throughout the process. Their crews were very respectful, tidy, and professional.

I was told that of their company mottos is "leave it cleaner than when you found it." Truth! Allbritten is the difference between a shoddy company who wants to make a quick sell, with minimal work on their part, and a company who wants to ensure your system design will function properly, with maximum efficiency, and keep you happy for 30+ years. I'm a happy customer and will most certainly recommend them to friends, family, and coworkers. P.S. - My aunt used them years ago for her condo and was equally impressed!

Our AC was not working and they responded our call with an appointment the next day. They did a very thorough check on the unit and on the coil. Right away they told us what was wrong with our AC. They offer options to fix the problem. We didn't wanted ti wait to fix it so we accepted one of their solutions. So next day the Ac was working normal. They are very reliable. They are Very professional. We really Recommend them.

Schedule $129.00 rejuvenation for my HVAC i asked what the job consist customer service explained i was told very extensive procedure 1-1 1/2 job tech was done in 20 minutes I climbed up to see how good of a job looked the same called company next day so they sent field supervisor I told him they didn't wash the coils as what was explained to me the answer was tech used a water bottle to remove dirt and grime (really) after sitting the whole season am not a tech but $129.00 at 20min am in the wrong business.

We had allbritten out because our heater went out back in march as part of the repair the technician apparently signed us up for their membership. When it came time for their annual service the technician that showed up would only service one of our units because that's all the initial technician signed us up for and when I tried to cancel the service because they wouldn't service my second unit without an additional fee they now demand I pay their annual $180 fee. The technician never told us about a monthly membership let alone a 1year agreement. Do not trust this company

Find another company if ever you're looking for one to purchase or repair your ac. Purchased ac unit 5 years ago from them because they said they can't do anything with our old one. They also brought with them our old ac unit after that. Requested twice for cleaning service but nobody ever showed up. I don't know where do they get that 4 stars.

Allbritten has saved us on multiple occasions. We use their AC and heater maintenance service and with that you get a discount on other repairs and priority service calls, and that has been such a huge help! We've had our kitchen sink plumbing clog, which caused water to run out at our washing machine and they came out same day and fixed it super quickly.

Two summers ago our AC motor died, and they also came out same day to help. Their prices are reasonable, their staff are well-trained and friendly. And they even use a great system that lets you know when your repair person is arriving and who is arriving with a photo, which is a great safety feature. Honestly, if an issue comes up in our house (which is 50+ years old) we don't even think of calling anyone else - they're the best!

These guys are great! We started a service contract on our rental unit last year. The A/C system was old and we were advised it may be on it's last leg. We contracted with them to do a full replacement; new unit and ductwork. They not only moved us up a week, but finished quick. Their daily communication with regards to the technicians arrival, who it is and asking for feedback just shows how much they want to do right by their clients. They are a first and last stop. If you need to hire someone for plumbing (we used them as well) or A/C, call them.

After a few technicians from several local Ac businesses, we finally got to speak to Mat from Albritten. WOW! After speaking to him the first time I knew I wanted him to do our Hvac installation. He took the time to explain everything in detail. His estimate was very precise to our needs. He was so honest and not tried to sell us something we didn't need.

What is the difference between having Covid-19 symptoms and having 2nd vaccine side effects? Symptoms is contagious and you might get COVID-19 however side effects are just that they are side effects and not contagious. Basically no AC service was performed because 'I (the customer) didn't feel well because of my side effects; I DID NOT have. symptoms of Covid-19' I feel the technicians did not want to perform the AC service on my residence because it was a two story.

Way too much work to climb and go down ladders with their equipment! Funny that the technicians already had a ladder leaning against the first story, got up on the first level with their equipment, surveyed what needed to.

I didn't want a "Jack-of-All Trades" individual working on my plumbing. I needed a "Professional" to do the job! My water would not shut off on my shower upstairs. So I didn't need any leaks after the fact. John at Allbritten responded quick and early to do the job. Maybe on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for right? I feel like he thought I was a walking ATM machine. He discovered that I was not interested in replacing my A/C Unit, and suddenly found over $1200 worth of recommendations that I needed. From pitted connectors to surge protector to replacing my fan motor. We have been loyal Albritten customers since we purchased our home in 2010, utilizing your twice a year tuneup service.

And have generally authorized any repairs your technician recommended. This visit was over the top as far as expensive recommendations. So much that we have chosen to NOT renew our service agreement with you. To top things off, we had Allbritten repair a leaky toilet yesterday, the part was about $20 at Lowes, total for Allbritten was $174. I understand there are labor and travel expenses, but this price was even after a 15% discount due to our being a service member.

Many KUDOs for the service provided over the past week from Jonathan Garcia. I had an ageing American Standard toilet that had been problematic the past few years. I had an on-going intermittent "ghosting" for several years that was infrequent enough that I just ignored it. More recently, I was getting drips that turned out to be from a loose bolt connecting the tank to the bowl, and a dampness on the floor around the toilet.

After Jonathan's first visit he quickly found the loose bolt and tightened it and replaced the gasket in the tank with one that I provided. Unfortunately, (and I was warned) it might not work since it wasn't an American Standard gasket. After a few hours my ghosting was much more severe but Jonathan had showed me what he did so I ordered and replaced the gasket myself.

In the meantime, I had panicked and call Allbritten to have Jonathan return for the next available appointment a few days later. I was still getting water from someplace that needed to be diagnosed. When he returned, Jonathan replaced the wax ring and inspected the toilet. Unfortunately (I just can't catch a break), he found a crack in my bowl. After some discussion, I ordered a Toto toilet which I hadn't heard of before.

The next day he returned and installed the new Toto. I have to say that the new Toto is so much better than the American Standard I had. It flushes more effectively (gets all the sh** in a single flush), more quietly. And, is quite stylish. Thank you Jonathan (and Dave for working with me on this).

After putting so much money into my old HVAC unit, we decided to get a new unit for our home built in 1979. We sought out two bids and decided to use Allbritten to install our new HVAc system. John Drolette, our salesman came out and gave us information for the unit install. For our home, he came up with a Carrier 2-speed 3.5 ton/16 seer unit based on our home size.

We also replaced our 43 year old duct system upgraded to a R8 with added attic insulation. Our bundle package also included smoke detectors for the bedrooms, a CO2 monitor, weatherstripping for all doors, UV light in the Carrier unit to keep the circulating air clean and to top all this off, excellent customer service. We're glad we used Allbritten for our needs.

My wife and I suggested to our sister that she call Allbritten for a quote on fixing plumbing and air conditioning problems in a house she is considering purchasing. Was stated REPEATEDLY that we just wanted a quote on fixing the problems the home inspector had found. After about 4 hours of dealing with the various people who came out - they REFUSED to give us the quote!

All they would quote us was how much to purchase an entirely new AC system! We paid $65 for a quote on fixing some problems, but they just wanted to sell my sister-in-law stuff! The people who actually came out seemed very knowledgeable at the time I met with them, but according to the office person on the phone, I guess they didn't know they were supposed to give us a quote?

Despite the fact that that is what we hired them for? Despite my TELLING them that's what we wanted when they came to the house? Now I am questioning all the various things they have sold me during the time since we bought our AC from them. They keep telling us we need various parts to keep the AC running - now I wonder. I no longer trust them after this experience. I feel bad I sent my sis-in-law to them. When our yearly maintenance is up, we are ditching them for someone less greedy and shady. VERY disappointed!

We love our new unit that they installed for us. We had a hiccup in the beginning, but they were very professional and took care of it immediately. Everyone there is friendly, and does top notch work. Their prices are competitive with others and they are great at cleaning up everything when they leave at the end of the day. I also like that they send a picture of the tech coming to the house so there are no surprises.

I had water slowly flooding my house and no clue where it was coming from, but Aaron sleuthed it out and fixed the problem for good! Yay! The other times were minor (unrelated) issues and he took care of them completely and quickly. Aaron and Allbritton are the best!

Aaron know exactly what was needed to install my new toilet. Since the toilet I chose had a slightly different installation, Aaron was able to alter the installation process and complete the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend The Barefoot Plumber!

Cade came out and serviced our heating system. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied before leaving my house. I will definitely request to have Cade come out and do any work we need on our system. Excellent customer service.
