Highly recommend this company. our thermostat broke yesterday and after calling literally 15 different places, I came across this company. they was at my horse within 30 minutes and out the door in 60 minutes. the price was the cheapest around and they were so nice. installed the part we bought last night without any complaints. our technician was Spencer. great kid! we will definitely call them again if we need help.

I've never had a more caring company! I explained my problem, they were there within 1 hour! Had everything with him even though my a/c unit is ancient! One of the hottest days of the year and within 15 minutes of him arriving, I had air conditioning! They're better on service and price than any of the larger companies. And WAY nicer!. I won't ever use any other company! Thanks again Ideal!

Great experience from beginning to end. Richard explained everything thoroughly. I'm a 'why' guy, and he gladly answered all of my questions. Friendly crew (Chris, Jacob and Jose) who did a very good install, and a great job of cleaning up each day. They came recommended by my family who's used them for three different systems. We'll be the fourth to do so.

I've used Ideal Air for years to check up on my HVAC system. A couple times I've needed parts or extra service and it's always fair and reasonable priced. Usually it's just a check up. Jose came by the other day. He had been busy and was running late. I thought it was very professional how they called me way in advance to let me know he was going to be late.
Then I got a call again right before he was on the way. I just appreciated that. I've been left wondering when I've had other service in the past. Jose was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely keep using them for this service!

I was pleased from the time of the price quote from Richard to the completed project by the technicians. The work was done in a timely manner. The technicians that did the install were very kind and courteous. They answered any questions that I asked them. They worked diligently and cleaned up at the end. I have used Ideal Air for a number of years for my annual maintenance. I have always been pleased with their work. An honest company to work with to meet your needs.

Ideal Air replaced our system a few weeks ago and it has been so nice! They showed up on a Friday with a full crew and got to work. Everyone was very helpful. I had three companies come out to provide quotes and Ideal Air was the cheapest of the three. They were not only the cheapest, but their equipment offered at different priced tiers was better equipment than what was in the competing companies quotes. We are very happy with our choice and would recommend Richard and his team at Ideal Air!

We bought an entire new system this year and Ideal Air made it a very pleasant experience.
