In all our dealings with Climate Control after the installation 10 years ago we have never had anything but the most courteous, professional and efficient dealings.

My AC went out and it's 85 degrees out. Marlene was awesome being able to send someone out the same day. Troy came out within an hour of calling. Super nice and professional! Gave me a detailed estimate to replace with many options.

The tech did amazing. He kept me informed with what he was doing. Matt King did fabulous keeping our ac going. He also let me know what I can do to improve the life of my ac and furnace. Kudos to Matt King! Thank you Matt! Service: A/C preventive maintenance

Chris did a thorough check of my A/C system inside and out. He explained all of the readings compared to recommended specs. He cleaned the outside unit after completing the internal maintenence. It looks brand new! Very friendly service. Thanks so much. Service: A/C system maintenance

I've been using Climate Control for several years. I originally signed on to their annual maintenance plan in 2018 when they were still Ideal air. Ever since the take-over by Climate Control the service quality and value has gone downhill. They use to call me to schedule my semi-annual service appointments. Now I have to call them and then get told that it is a 6 month wait!

The service plan used to include a year's worth of filters as well as humidifier pad & service, now it doesn't. The techs are rude. One guy just left in the middle of the job. I'm not sure if he was done or not. I never got a report like I usually do. They are billing my card every month, so I guess why do they care to be nice, right? Well, no more. I'm done and going to someone else.

We had a plumbing issue that I couldn't figure out. Checked online for someone who could come out with short notice, on a weekend. I messaged and got a reply right away. Sure enough Climate Control was available to help us the next day. The repairman arrived earlier in the day than was expected, but that's a good thing right? Who wants to wait around all day?

He called when he was on the way and he arrived as he stated. He listened to my explanation of the problems we were having and offered up a solution and an estimate. Inflation sucks! Well the repair was completed in no time and done right. I watched and chatted with the repair man as he was doing his work. A real nice friendly guy but I forget his name?

I asked many questions and he was very helpful with anything I posed. The total bill came out lower than the estimate, another good thing! We are very pleased with everything and the issue has disappeared. We will now probably be scheduling a AC tune up with this company lickaty split!.edit: we had a tiny seeping issue in one of the fittings that I had to have them come back out for.just needed a tweak with a wrench. There was a bit of a communication problem on the scheduling but it got done and it's all good now!

Nate was able to help me get my AC fan running again to cool off my house. He was nice, helpful, and professional. He answered any and all questions I had and I hope I do not have any more issues but if I do I will call him again. Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC

I met with my technician Isaiah Wilton. He was on time very friendly and took the customer at heart. I highly recommend this company and definitely Isaiah the technician. I appreciate the honesty and the caring Isaiah gave helping me out. Having a small child and no air at the beginning of summer is not something any parent looks forward to. He really saved the day in a time of need. We both thank you and even the cat for fixing our air conditioning unit. I see How Isaiah was the employee of the month. Not too many people like him these days. Thank you

Could not be happier with Climate Control! They came the same day I called with issues with my heater. Unfortunately my furnace was 20 years old and done! Nate advised me and gave me several replacement options and was able to save me over $1000!. I chose to have the AC replaced as well. This was on a Thursday and they were able to replace and install my new units on Tuesday.

Everyone I dealt with was super nice and knowledgeable and I am completely happy with their work. They were very careful not to make a mess and I couldn't tell they'd been here when they left. Highly recommend them!

Ed was my technician and he was great. Professional and personable. Ed did a great job of showing and explaining everything he looked and and his findings. I felt a lot more knowledgeable and happy with my system after my interaction. Signed up for three year plan as they do a great job with semi annual reminders and keeping unit running at top performance and reducing risk of costly repairs.
