My tenant complained about the A/C, he said that it stopped working. I went there to check it and it wasn't turning on at all. I tried different things and nothing worked. Having said that, I reached out to Snell Precision Cooling at (954)973-1934 and they answered promptly and professionally. The technical guy visited the apartment and was very knowledgeable and articulated really well describing the problem.

He knew how to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem quickly and effectively. He ordered the faulty part, installed it and showed me the video of the working central A/C. My tenant is happy now and I'm a happy customer. Great work guys!

I've used Snell for a long time. Today, they removed my capacitor before giving me a quote or asking before hand. Then they charged me $226 for the capacitor and $85 for an hour of labor. For those that don't know, the 45 MFD part was probably under $50. The labor was likely 5 minutes to replace it. Search google and see what comes back.

This was terrible business practice and deceptive. That's AC companies in the summer in Florida for you, but for a long time Snell wasn't like the rest. I guess those days are over. I will no longer be using Snell or recommending them. To top it off, I asked for a quote on a new system today. Bad time to screw me over.

I verbalize my problem and was told 1 of 2 things could be wrong and I was so grateful that it ended up being the very least expensive problem and was basically charged only for the visit.
