What a great experience! Matt M., the technician was on time and very pleasant. He got right to work on the AC maintenance. He also went above and beyond with some other technical questions that I had. He was professional and didn't push an upgrade. My home's AC system is aging and does need to be replaced and Matt also suggested this, but wasn't pushy about it at all, just honest about what needed to be done in the future (which I was aware of). Also, interacting with the office staff setting up the appointment was seamless and pleasant.

I had to call the day before my appointment and switch from morning to afternoon, due to my work schedule. The office staff member (I didn't get her name) was very kind and helpful with making this change. I definitely recommend United Mechanical!

United Mechanical recently replaced my AC and hot water heater. The project could not have gone any better. I have been using United Mechanical for a residential property and a 5,000 SF commercial property since 2013 for 2X per year maintenance and unit replacements. Great work all around. Install team and maintenance technicians are great. I never felt pushed to do work before it was really needed. When my units broke (always in the heat of summer) they were usually there within hours to fix them.

Very pleased. Also, shout out to Samson, he has been performing maintenance on our residential property for the past few years, he is the kind employee that you wish you had 10 of.

The blower motor failed on our air conditioner and United Mechanical was able to get the replacement motor and install it very quickly. Samuel my technician was professional knowledgeable and very efficient. Yearly maintenance was performed in a timely manor and the work area was clean and put back as it was prior to his arrival. Matt was very personable and thorough. He also delivered bad news with grace and humor. I'd also like to say, as a former customer service person, I love the way you've handled the negative reviews on this site. Apparently I can only submit one review, so here's the update: I had a new a/c unit installed today, and I have nothing but praise for Pablo and Pedro (as well as Marlon, and the supervisor who's name escapes me). Pablo and Pedro worked, without a break, for a good six hours straight.

They were neat, incredibly polite, and displayed a level of expertise and professionalism that put me at ease - and they thanked ME when they left! I will not hesitate to use United Mechanical in the future, and am relieved to have finally found a company I feel I can trust. Thank you, and keep up the good work! Oh, and salesman Tom is a treasure. He answered every single silly question I had :-)

What a great experience. I called United Mechanical because my AC wasn't working. I was not a current customer of their's and they still went out of their way to help me. They got the technician out to my house within a couple of hours. He was polite and knowledgeable and had it working in no time at all. I will definitely be a customer of theirs from now on and will recommend them to all my. friends.

United Mechanical is absolutely the best you can get when it comes to not only AC repair and maintenance but also customer service. Chris Smith who is the Field Service Manager is just wonderful. He shows genuine concern and wants to make sure his customers are well taken care of and happy. The Condominium office that I work at in Naples is how I come to know Chris and his great team. I will definitely be calling them in the future when I need service on my AC or Heating. Thank you!
