Really went out of their way to schedule a return service I had pre-paid for. I had lost my phone and when it was found again there were over a dozen calls over the course of 2 months of Southwest trying to honor their twice yearly maintenance agreement. Kudos to you guys! Have used SW twice. Can't be more pleased with quality of service received. Both Joe and Eric were professional in appearance and thoroughly knowledgeable. They both arrived early and performed their service in a way I would expect of an HVAC technician, but have yet to experience with other companies I have used. Yes, our AC unit is old, but their objective was to service our unit and not to sell me a new unit. They were recommended to me by someone in the home service industry and I would recommend them to anyone who asks

Wonderful experience! Our AC unit went out in the evening, it was original to our house, almost 16 years old. We were referred to SWHC. They were able to come out next day and get us a new unit installed the next day! Their installers were at our home first thing in the morning. They did a fantastic job! My wife and I went into the garage and when I went to go to my car I felt a burst of cold air, knowing that this shouldn't be, I immediately checked the unit in my garage and all the duct work associated with it. I found leaks in both of my plenums, causing my AC system to labor and also cost me unnecessary money. I went inside and called SW heating and cooling, who take care of my system.

I spoke directly with Jason(which these days, it's a rarity to speak with someone). He is the business owner and he informed me that he had guys on vacation, so he came out early the next morning and rectified the problem himself. I knew the company has a stellar performance rating, but I was very impressed by the fact, that Jason came out and did the work, which shows me that he is dedicated to the people his company services. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I've used Southwest Heating and Cooling for the past ten years. First and foremost they are reliable. They respond to requests for service promptly. They come when they say they are coming and the support staff will answer your questions or switch you to their service department for more involved questions. AN ACTUAL PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE. Anyone I have spoken too has been nice to speak with.

Their service people are knowledgeable and efficient. and provide you with an invoice for completed work along with quotes for any additional work they recommend. Their fees are reasonable for the level of service you receive.

This company does not diagnose problems - rather charge for washing coil off with a hose, then say you need a new system. I would not use this company even if I were dying from heat stroke - they are all about $$$$ and taking $$$$ for giving you nothing!!!
