I'm just here to advise you to attend this institution if you want to receive a REAL education. Without a doubt, I've learned a lot in a short amount of time. You leave the first day of class wanting to work on your own air conditioner because it's a hands-on lesson. I had a great experience while attending this school, and I believe you will too!

Bought a Carrier unit 2 years ago from them for around $5000.00, the first year we had the unit it went out during the July 4th weekend they said it was under warrenty and we would have to pay for labor After 4 days without air, the part came in, But that was not the problem, so they repaired the problem around $800.00 for labor, (WENT WITHOUT AC FOR 4 DAYS) Going into 2 year now we need an expansion valve (ANOTHER 4 DAYS WITHOUT AC) 3 techs came to our house all 3 said Carrier is having problem with there units.
Now we have yo pay again for labor, which the tech was here from 8:15 to 11:15 and we got charged for 4 hours of labor. When we call the office and spoke to Christine or the owner Doug we were told sometimes you buy a lemon. Just be careful with this company, as are unit is just over 2 years old and we spent over $1500.00 on labor which they overcharge you for and the unit you buy will break down.
