Very friendly and efficient installers. I was impressed. They took the time to explain the system and how to maintain it. If you call the office Lisa and the other operators will make you feel like family. I purchased the service agreement for all my appliances along with the new a/c system. On a scale of 1-10 Aztil gets a 12 in my book.

I love working with this company. Lisa, the manager, has been so helpful in setting up my appointment for a thorough system checkup and clean up. We are in the process of selling our place and she made sure that everything with the air conditioning was brought up to date and up to code and she and Rick, the maintenance technician were outstanding to work with.

They also took care of reconnecting the dryer vent and cleaning up the lint. We have had a maintenance agreement with them for the ac and also appliances for many years and it has been a worthwhile investment. Everyone we have spoken with at Aztil has always been so polite and helpful. They are a pleasure to work with.

Air conditioner wasn't working properly. Called Aztil. They were able to come the same day. We needed another part and their technician, Brandon, was able to come the next day to complete the process. Brandon was very professional and very accommodating. He happily answered all our questions.

A technician went to my home with only my wife home. He advised that we needed a new unit because the unit we had was old. He didn't try to fix anything. Then he went outside after he got paid for the service call and my wife caught him turning off the unit outside. Then starting telling her that unit might not be working because of rust. She had advised him that freon was needed and that we wanted the 2 year maintenance contract. He proceeded to tell her that he was not there for that. Total ripoff. It sounds like he was crippling the unit to make us buy another one.

Ricardo Campos came over to clear my dryer vent. In addition to cleaning vent, he opened dryer cleaned up lint and then went up to roof to take out the mesh, clean all the lint. He did an awesome Job. He exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Ricardo for vent cleaning and other services. Of course Aztil team is awesome too, I have a service contract with them and they are prompt, reasonable. Their customer service is second to none.

Juan Ortega from Aztil is amazing, he figured out what was wrong with my a/c unit. He explained what needed to be done, gave me options to choose from. I ended up replacing my old unit, Juan did a great job setting everything up for me. The installers were very polite and professional. I've been with Aztil for 10 years and have recommended customers to them and will continue to do so. Great company call Aztil if you need anything a/c related ask for Juan Ortega. You'll be glad you did

I am beyond grateful for the incredible service Aztil technicians supply! Today we had Ricardo come to clean our ducts in condo as well as dryer Well he took his time and saw a few spots that needed extra time and care and he said no problem He would not leave til the job was perfect Then last week another technician came for our AC and again spent so much time cleaning the filters replacing required parts etc!

So I highly recommend Aztil as the best service we have ever received from any company We are snowbirds and know our condo will be well taken care of even though we are gone!

I have had a full service contract with Aztil including pool heater. The heater wasn't working and all my a/c units hadn't been serviced in a year because of Covid. I called for service and Brandon Brown, their technician came on time. He was a perfect gentleman. Clean cut, well spoken, polite and explained everything he found and serviced. He found the problem with my pool heat pump and came back a few days later in installed the parts.

Initially he serviced my 3 a/c/ units. He is the ideal service technician. Even though my service contract had time to go on it. I decided to renew it for another 2 1/2 years because of Brandon. He is a 5 star tech and Aztil is lucky to have him. Tom Lopresto, PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens

Had an appointment scheduled today, made it last week. They gave me the timeframe 12-3pm. Someone from the office even called to confirm. Was waiting until 3:30 still no one showed up so I decided to call office and the guy who picked up the phone said he couldn't find my appointment. Long story short VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, unorganized company and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone

Been with Aztil for ten years, always satisfied with emergency service. Love that they explain what the issue is. Today Juan came and diagnosed our unit, gave us the rundown on situation. Gave us options on how to resolve issue and we went with a new unit being that warranty was up soon. Juan and Aztil arranged new unit install for today. SAME DAY incredible.

We can sleep comfortable tonight, Aztil is Amazing for making it possible. Thank you Aztil and thank you Juan. We are your very well satisfied customers and we recommend Aztil to anyone who needs A/C service

This is in Lake Worth, Florida, not California. After 7 different technicians looked at my six year old a/c, my unit was still not working and I and my husband, as seniors, were left sweltering in 90+ degree weather for days. I was told I needed a new condenser motor and fan, which Aztil put in and for which they charged me $695. It still did not work.

They said I now needed a compressor. I needed to call a different company to get a second opinion and get the a/c working promptly, for health reasons. The company told me that Aztil put in the wrong motor. I called and they insisted that motor was just as good. I called Rheem Manufacturing directly and the a/c customer service guy confirmed that the motor they put in was not as efficient and could cause problems in the future.

He said they should have replaced the motor with the same one (albeit new) as they took out. The people at Aztil went on the offensive, both rude and loud. I wrote a strongly worded email to the owner that outlined everything. Suddenly I got a call saying they would replace it and, oh yeah, they only meant it to be temporary to begin with. Please note that I am a senior, living in a 55+ community, with a one story villa and the a/c condenser on the top of the roof. Aztil also accepted full pay for what they now termed a "temporary motor".

I would never have known the wrong motor was put in had it not been for the other company. Aztil cancelled my contract because someone else worked on the u-nit. I requested a prorated refund for the unused 17 months, which they denied. I also requested a 20% refund for the preferred customer discount I was supposed to get according to the contract, and not reflected on the invoice. They denied that too, even with all the aggravation and stress they caused, not to mention untrustworthiness. I would NEVER let them touch anything in my home ever again.

Overall good experience with the company taking care of me after my new unit's evaporator coil went bad within a year. Company sent technicians to keep my refrigerant recharged while waiting on the new part to avoid my house turning into a sauna. Sad to see the poor reviews - my dealings with the company representatives has overall been pleasant.

They are only human and probably suffering from labor shortages like most companies today - a little bit of civility and patience from both sides is the difference between a good outcome where everyone is happy and a poor outcome. They could improve a bit on making sure they maintain communications with customers on where things stand on the repair/service lifecycle - hopefully adding more resources on the customer rep side to address the volume of service calls should help resolve this.

Heard rain in our laundry room & the alarm on our hot water heater alarm went off. Called Aztil Sunday evening & got a call back in the morning. Two hours later Brandon was at our door. He spent an hour assessing our hot water heater & a/c. He showed us the issue when island a/c initially installed our unit. Someone will come back & secure our units properly. I'm so glad we have a contract with Aztil, we are having so many issues with our new appliances.

The worst A/C service. I have a contract with this company and paid $410.00 for a yearly contract. I called them this morning do to my A/C line needs opening. I called this morning on there 24 hour emergency line as well as there online 24 hour emergency and have yet to hear back. I called this morning at 10:00 AM EST and it is now 7:00 PM and have yet to hear back. I highly recommend NOT to use this company. Very Unprofessional and unreliable I will not renew my contract what a joke this company is. Gary N

Aztil showed up on time at our condo to inspect our broken AC. Lee provided a quote to replace with new Hydro-Tec unit- priced right. One week later Aztil (Neraldo and teammate) installed the unit. Very professional, hardworking and on time.

I Do Not recommend Aztil - use any other company. First appointment they were no shows without any call or explanation. Second appointment they were 2 1/2 hours late. When we called the office multiple times to find out where the service techs were, the office lied about the service techs location. The two service techs who showed up were rude and disrespectful. Could not get them out of my home quick enough. Run away from this company- use anyone else but don't use Aztil! I would give them no stars if I could!

RUN don't wait away from these con artists. I caught them putting in a used part. It was awkward. Then their corporate office insisted that I pay them anyway! Never! So then I was told they "sue people all the time!" Well, if your suing and getting sued all the time stop being crooks! Man did I bust them! Don't ever use.

I have a so called "service contract" with Aztil. They claim, in addition to maintaining the A/C, to cover appliances, plumbing, etc. Caveat emptor! Recently I had a leaking faucet. I had to call 4X & get different broken promises before they scheduled a visit. Then they didn't show up! Today after several more attempts to get them, they showed up, late.

The rep took one look at the sink & said: "We don't do this, get a plumber!" When they come for the AC, you can bet they'll find some item outside the contract for an additional fee. Don't get taken in by their ads, you'll only be disappointed.

They have the absolute worst service. Appointments are made but never kept without so much as a courteous phone call. When you speak with the manager? you're told that they will find out what went wrong & they would call you back. I'm still waiting for a call 4 days after the fact. This has happened numerous times so I'm warning everyone to find a company with better customer service!

Aztil AC This is a very difficult company to deal with; customer service is very poor. One wonders how they got so big. I had to replace the AC ductwork in the attic. Paul the salesman was very pleasant. I explained to him I had 2 units, a 3 ton and 5 ton. The 3 ton supplied 3 rooms. He concurred. Job started on Saturday; lots of mess with insulation falling from vents. Was told they had finished the 3 rooms supplied by 3 ton.

Problem was wrong 3 rooms. Was supposed to return on Monday but was no show. During this whole process spoke to Mark, Eric, Sam, LG, Semantha and Michael. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. I asked to speak to Gayle Lionetti, the owner. Was told abruptly, Unavailable multiple times. Was told her daughter would call me but never did.

Crew returned and I showed them they hooked the 3 ton units ducts to wrong rooms. I don't know how they could have done that. It all had to be redone. One of the techs had an accident and put his leg through the ceiling which was repaired. They screwed around with that. First they sent Juan from J1 Drywall and then said they got someone better, Jose who never showed. Juan came back and fixed it. Finally, Gary Kelman, the service manager called.

Very nice guy; the only person other than the salesman Paul that was pleasant to deal with. I gave them a credit card for the deposit when the work was started. Then, upon completion they charged that credit card without my authorization not knowing if I wanted to use that card. I have never seen that done before. In summary, a terrible experience dealing with this company. I would rate them 0 stars but you cannot submit without selecting a star.

Aztil came through on the holidays! My A/C Unit was not working and was concerned about getting it repaired over the holiday weekend. However, Aztil was able to get someone over the next day and the tech took all the necessary precautions. The tech was able to quickly identify the issue and explain it to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

I hate paying for repairs but this was a painless experience from the start. I spoke with someone on the phone (Gary?) who was very helpful. The company called me after the repair to ensure my A/C working working well. I have had bad experiences in the past with other HVAC companies and am glad that I finally tried Aztil.

I am confused about the bad reviews. My experience with Aztil was easy, pleasant and affordable. The lady who scheduled the appointment was able to send the repairman out the same day, he diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes and was able to replace a part and repair the unit in 90 minutes. The repairman was super friendly and took all the necessary Covid precautions. I have used this company before and will use them again if anything goes wrong with my AC. Thank you Aztil.

Called 9/15 /20 to report system failure on a new unit installed 2/27/20 inv # 20 412384 $3550.00. The compressor needed needed was not in stock. Our temperatures this September week have been over 90 F each day. This is a dangerous way to conduct business, especially for our elders here. I'm a retired registered nurse, I've cared for our population bedside for years. Shame! Aztil & Trane need to not make their internal issues ours problem. I'm not looking for anything here except to notify our public. Edward L Murphy Rn, 9/20/20 ac still out.

There is not much to say except do NOT ever use this company. If they gave me a contract for free, I would refuse it! One star is giving them way too much credit. They are rude, unreliable & do not back up their work. They are awful, be smart & stay away from them.

Ok story time. Wednesday we had a bad storm that pulled one of the electric lines down and it was on fire. FPL fixed line but unfortunately it didn't stop there. In the process it shot a surge through the house which broke one of the babies machines a few fans my refrigerator light switches internet line and AC. Babies machine got replaced internet restored and my awesome and wonderful AC company Aztil Air Conditioning came and fixed the AC.

But they didn't just stop there once the owners of Aztil found out all that was broken they once again came to the rescue. Louis Lionelli has gone above and above for Jaelynn and us his compassion and love truly blows my mind. After his worker finished fixing the AC he had him run to the store to buy us a mini fridge so we had something and tomorrow he is having a refrigerator delivered to us.

How awesome is God and how awesome is Aztil Air Conditioning and Louis Lionelli. I'm telling you if you live in south Florida you should definitely have this company service you. Show them some love especially as a family owned business. Five stars X Infinity

Couldn't be happier with this company from beginning to end. After being ripped off by another company I called Aztil. Brian came the same day I called. He looked at the A/C unit which was so rusted out that it literally fell apart in his hands. The first guy from the other company never looked at it. Bryan gave me a price which was very reasonable.

He then set up an appointment for the next day. 9AM Ernest and another Bryan were there and got right to work. Removed the old unit in pieces and replaced it. Even installed a small pump to help the water drain out. Next morning David and Jose came and cleaned out all the ducts. Fast courteous and super clean Thank you Aztil.

Horrible. Customer service is pathetic. Spent 25k on 5 new units and still they have no idea how to be even decent servicers of that business. Go elsewhere. Also - has ducts cleaned by them. What a joke. They are just as dirty as before they came, and now not returning calls. Pathetic.
