Maintenance programs range from Test & Inspect for building owners who would like a professional check on their in-house staff to a comprehensive Full Coverage program where Anderson Air Conditioning/AMS provides repair labor and replacement parts. All I have to say is " ERNEST" you the man Thank you, Truly a blessing to finally meet a nice, respectful tech that not only loves what he is doing but takes pride in his work. my situation not so easy dealing with a twenty plus year old building you best either know what you are doing or you better call someone that does. Or it will just cause you more stress and $$ down the road. showed up asap knew the system AMEN! got the heat back on. witch is a must since it was the heaters that were connected to the gym that is part of our school.
