So thankful for this company they came in and helped us tremendously when our garage had a huge condenser leak! They fixed the problem in 24 hours! Another company we called tried to scam us and kept the water flowing all through our garage!!!!!! Thanks to Nelson air conditioning we have our AC running super cold and no flooding!!!

First we used Nelson's for our business. Installed 2 large units on our roof and it was done ahead of time and our company was grateful for the professionalism on the owner Scott. He knows his stuff. Then our AC had issues at home and he educated me on the current unit, which was old vs you a new unit and I was sold. Again he did a great job and we feel cooler and paying less per month. Highly recommend- great people and great work! We are lucky to have this company in our area to service hvac needs. So many companies send out whoever to look and guess what might be going on with your very expensive equipment and no layman really knows what problems may lie within the elaborate network of pipes, machinery and motors that sit outside the house and in the attic.
This family knows their stuff and doesn't waste your time. My hvac purrs like a kitten now, and I know who to call if I want a no nonsense straightforward fix to whatever may be ailing my system (if it acts up again). Happy!

We used Scott from Nelson air to install a new hvac system at our home. We had 2 estimates and both were competitive but decided to go with Scott due to his professionalism and dealing with the owner rather than an hourly technician trying to upsell us. Customer service from everyone at Nelson Air is outstanding.. The company was highly recommended by a friend and I can now say 5 star service is what they give. From an initial meet up with Scott and review of my air and heating updates to the installation of a new attic furnace and air conditioning unit performed by Daniel, Nelson Air is excellent. Daniel saw to the wiring and duct work meeting code standards.

I had a great experience with NELSON Air. A friend referred me to this company after my AC broke during one of our heat waves and I was desperate! They arrived the day of to assess and provide a quote and had my AC up and running in no time! Overall, I had a great experience with them and will definitely refer them to family or friends that have heating/ air issues.

Called, scheduled for next day and he showed up! Nice guy, straight forward and determined to solve my problems in both of my air units. Worked his butt off until all was solved- now my house is arctic cold and awesome. So if you need an air conditioning guy in Orange County (I am in Yorba Linda) call Nelson Air!

I dealt with the owner directly & I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They worked around my home remodel construction schedule which was extremely helpful.
Also, their prices are great! We replaced our entire A/C & Furnace unit with all the work being done in 1 day.
