As mentioned in our last meeting, we would be most happy to serve as a referral. We are most appreciative of the rapid way the heater was set up and punctually installed and ready as promised. We enjoy the unit with its ease of use.

Klondike installed a new System in 2018. The techs were great but the owner Andrew was difficult to work with when mistakes were made. He was unwilling to take responsibility and confrontational. Fast forward to today, we have a 60% refrigerant leak in a 4 year old system and Andrew unwilling to solve the problem. He wants $425 to "find" the leak. Clearly the issue is a bad install or faulty equipment. Again, Andrew was rude and confrontational. I recommend you find a different company for all of your HVAC needs.

Klondike is an excellent company to do business with. They have integrity and they are very customer focused. They schedule service and call you when their technician is on the way. Two years ago a different company told me I needed a new Air conditioner. I was skeptical so I found Klondike. The owner personally made a call to our home and had a tech look at our AC. They said we only needed a capacitor. They were right and we saved a lot of money. No new AC required. I highly recommend them.

We had our furnace start acting up and blowing cold air only. I called Klondike Air and Andrew came out within a few hours and he got it working after resetting a few boards and some other connections. I was afraid I was gonna have to buy a new furnace or some expensive parts But he got it working and we had Hot air once again. He was very professional prompt and reasonably priced and I would recommend them for any of your air or heating needs.

I called for a quote on AC in my duplex, and everyone at Klondike air was very friendly and prompt and professional. I spoke to real people on the phone, and the owner came out that day to take a look. Unfortunately my home is laid out in such a way that it was very difficult to do the whole house, as I don't have any outdoor areas, although they could do parts of the house. I decided to just stick with my ugly window units, but I highly recommend their professionalism and honesty.

Very happy with the whole Klondike experience! Air conditioner broke during a heatwave (and a Friday) - Klondike had a friendly service tech here within 2 hours. They had to find a part, but found it and installed by Late Monday morning. Would highly recommend this company.

Called 7-22-21 for a simple service check up on my A/C unit and no return communication. Very pitiful in summer months to be ignored and disrespected with so my HVAC companies vying for your business.

Manny was very friendly and explained how we might get the best performance from our central air conditioner. We had a slow leak in two homes that he repaired. Manny explained how the air cleaners affect the performance of the heating and cooling system. We have two different air cleaners and one isnt as easy to maintain so it needed to be replaced. Anyway, Klondike Air is the first company that we feel that we could trust for any future heating and cooling issues.

Klondike was responsive and professional from the start. We purchased a home and found their Gold Plan an attractive option for a semi-annual service to make sure our HVAC runs well throughout the year. Saving the details, our AC "kicked the bucket" right after the service. Andrew personally came out to check out our system and, to our surprise, took responsibility for the issue.

He and his team offered to get a comparable system installed up and running immediately. We were shocked! It was the honest, right thing to do, he said. We had our semi annual service today, and all went well. Richard showed up exactly on time, as always, and was very pleasant and extremely thorough. Klondike installed our entire HVAC system three years ago, has done all the maintenance, and we couldn't be any happier.

The TEAM at "Klondike Air" (heating & cooling specialists), performed an installation for our home which, began this past Monday, July 27th. Led by the utmost professionalism of Andrew Beeker (President of Klondike); here is a bullet-point list of the OUTSTANDING service, product and most importantly. high degree of professionalism we received: -. the HVAC crew (made up of Daniel, Cisco, Nick and several others) were TIMELY, friendly & courteous, SAFE! (meaning they all wore masks or some type of protective coverings) as well as displayed a high degree of "social distancing" - CLEANLY! each crew member wore proper foot coverings when it came to entering the house (plus our upstairs floors.

Klondike Air replaced our furnace and air conditioning quickly and skillfully. Their team was able to install the new hardware in two days and provided troubleshooting for persistent problems. We are pleased with their performance.

Wonderful service, great products and polite, knowledgeable, on-time technicians. I've referred many neighbors and friends to Klondike and they love them also! They may not be the absolute cheapest option, but every penny is worth their reliability and quality. We have had our system entirely replaced by them over the past 10 years living here in Orange County and have never had a single problem or anything break with anything they've done.
