Your technician arrived on time and was courteous and professional. After taking the time to look at our entire system, he took the time to carefully explain our various options. At no point did my wife and I feel like your company was trying to push us in a certain direction or steering us towards purchasing expensive equipment. I would not recommend TRM. Our business was a customer, we moved in March, I requested a new maintenance quote. I have reached out to them multiple times to get the quote, and 3 months later I'm told they can't continue to service us due to lack of personnel. This should have been communicated to me in March not June. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Repair HVAC
