We offer on-call 24/7 service. Day or night, you will always talk to a person, not a recording. Our technicians have well equipped trucks to respond quickly to most any problem. Providing good service to our customer in all phases of the job is as important to us as the actual service of the equipment.

Planned Maintenance

Heating, cooling and refrigeration systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst - on the coldest night of a frigid winter or during a sizzling heat wave, a time when your system must work the hardest and you need it the most. Our Performance Based Planned Maintenance Program prevents many of these breakdowns through regularly scheduled, individually prescribed maintenance and inspections.

Service is only a part of what we do at Seaman's. Quality performance also means complete system installation, balancing, start-up, and performance analysis. Whether the installation is for a brand new building or the modification of a renovated building, our in-house Design Engineers and Project Managers teamed with our industry-trained Installation Specialists have carried out thousands of projects from design to installation and through to maintenance.

Critical: Professionalism Was on my way to work and van 317 pulled out in front of me with way too little room. Then as i was behind him he threw trash out of their window into the road. Terrible drivers, terrible people. I would not recommend them.
