My furnace went out 2 days before Christmas. I called at 2 pm and Brian was at my home just a few hours later to fix my furnace. It's not everyday you can get same day service. Brian Smith came out to my house on quite a short notice and quickly repaired my furnace, and while he was at it he rewired part of it so it was better and more intuitive. He was friendly and professional, and when I asked questions he answered and explained what he was doing. I would absolutely recommend Westshore Mechanical to someone in need of furnace maintenance. Called after hours and had a new capacitor installed and running by 9am the next morning. Doesn't get any better than that. When the AC unit needs anything else I'll be back to this business. Westshore really understands the importance of customer service! Mike was a great technician and immediately found and fixed the issue.

Westshore Mechanical was assigned from our home warranty company. They were able to come out and diagnose the problem right away. The claim took over 6 weeks to get resolved, but that was because of our home warranty and not Westshore Mechanical. Westshore was amazing during the process. Cris was always super helpful when we called to get status updates and she even would reach out to our home warranty company for us to try and get answers and get things moving. Once everything was approved and the new unit was in, Westshore was able to come out the very next day and get us up and running! I would definitely use them again.

I was told that my technician would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00pm, but he arrived shortly after 10:00am. Mike was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and, after picking up the new part, had the furnace running in about 20 minutes. He explained the problem and asked if we had any questions. Very pleased with the service and would request Mike personally for future needs.

Furnace wasn't working properly one morning when waking up. Called West shore. They were able to work us in that morning. Dave came out and did a very thorough check over of our heating system. I am in small business, and I really appreciated how he conducted himself during the service call. He's a good man. I highly recommend them and Dave.
