I cannot recommend Airtronics more highly. I had an air-conditioning emergency in a prewar apartment with an older central air system that had been installed long ago by another company. Airtronics sent someone immediately, and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was a complicated situation and needed some follow up. Everything Airtronics did was necessary, excellent, and impeccably managed.

Everyone I have spoken with or met at this company, from Brett who organized everything and coordinated all the follow up, to Billy who was the wizard technician, to Evan, the owner, who came himself to make sure that the diagnosis and follow up was correct, has been incredibly professional, very respectful of our home, and very communicative with us. They did every single thing they said they would do and did it perfectly. I am now their customer forever. This is an excellent, excellent company.

Easily one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Evan is incredibly patient and thorough in his explanations and every member of his crew was helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our office AC unit had been installed by another company and had recurring issues, but even on the hottest of days Airtronics would pick up the phone and find a way to accommodate us.

Ultimately we did have to make replacements to the unit and system and I had complete faith in Airtronics' explanations and fees. They were always fair and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Even though they do not offer service for PTAC units, Evan the service manager was kindly enough to answer some of my questions, and referred me to another company. You can tell their customer service is A+ from this.

Called Airtronics after finding them online, and seeing other positive Yelp ads. I usually do not write reviews, but this company stands out and deserves a big thumbs up! Our commercial 10 ton air conditioner wasn't working, and our usual hvac company could not fit us into their schedule. Upon calling Airtronics, I found they answered the phone immediately. Spoke to Brett who was friendly, informative, and very accommodating.

He said a tech would arrive within 2-3 hours. Sure enough he arrived in less than 2 hours. The tech (Jason) was amazing. He found the problem immediately, and explained the issues in depth as he found them. Within hours a big problem was fixed, at a very reasonable price. I also communicated with Evan, the owner, who was also exceptionally nice, when I enquired about having this company do our preventive maintenance. Called and fixed in the same day!

When does that ever happen? This family owned business obviously takes care and pride with their customer service. If I could give ten stars, I would. Complete satisfaction from beginning to end. A+++ Thank you Airtronics!

It seems it is becoming harder and harder to find good, honest, hardworking companies, that value customer service, and their work. That is not the case with Airtronics. I have never been so impressed with a company or had a more pleasant experience. I found Airtronics over two years ago, and it is one of my best discoveries. Evan and his team truly appreciate their customers and go above and beyond to help them out. Evan always responds to my text right away and no matter how busy they are they have always managed to fit my boss's company into their schedule. They know what they are doing and are willing to take the time and answer any questions you have or explain anything. You would be foolish to go with anyone else.

Evan and his crew are dynamite. They are always very polite and so incredibly helpful. They take the time to answer all my phone calls whenever I have an issue with my HVAC. They are also always very quick to respond to service calls. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic company. You will not regret calling them. They are the best out there.

We had a great experience with Airtronics. We had just moved into our apartment and discovered odors around our HVAC unit. We had hired another company to clean the unit, but still had problems. Ed was very helpful. He requested photos and then provided suggestions over the phone several times without even billing us for his time and expertise. He was really thoughtful and we appreciated how he was willing to listen to our concerns.

Evan and his team are so amazing! They were the HVAC contracted company our building used (the one we had was terrible) for our office in the West Village. These guys did something on our floor via the building manager and they were so gracious and helpful even though we weren't customers. But we knew we wanted to work with them as soon as our contract was up.

I have relied on Evan and his team so much since then - even when my boss had an issue at his personal residence. He responded to an emergency, recommended someone and even remained the main point of contact through the process. These guys always go above and beyond. The best. They are quick and very responsive. Eli and Charlie changed to coils in our a/c unit quickly and without any disruption to my business, Evan is also great. Keeping our a/c unit running is extremely important to us. They have never let's down.

Our IT department was complaining about it being overly hot in their offices. The maintenance people in our building could not figure out the problem, so we contacted a number of companies to come out and help, but of the six we called, only one, Airtronics showed up. They were able to assess the situation and make the repairs very quickly. We haven't experienced any problems since. Their technicians were extremely professional and I would recommend their services to anyone.
