Cool Works was quick to visit our office, assess our needs and provide a very reasonable quote for a new central AC unit. The owners and installers were very responsive and seem like nice, honest people which is refreshing - especially in NYC. Had several condenser and evaporator units which had not been cleaned or maintained in several years. One smelled of mildew. Randy and his assistant came and cleaned them out quickly and efficiently. I also learned quite a bit about the units from Randy. Pricing was competitive and I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I called Cool Works because read some good reviews about them. I needed my unit serviced and a quote to replace an old unit and they were quite professional about everything.
