Tim and Adrian were here and they did a very thorough job and apprised me of all the facts about my unit and what I should expect during the next 6 months, when they will return. After having a problem with a unit that was installed in 2014, I wised up and called Caldecott. Ryan came out made his recommendations gave me a price and set a time for the repairs to be made. I had just paid 390.00 the first of July and still had the same issues. However, the repairmen came out and they worked from 8:50 until 5:20 and never slowed down.
This is the first time that I am able to enjoy this system since it was installed. I highly recommend this company and want to sincerely thank Yeral and Ranfis for all the hard work they put in that day. These guys even worked through their lunch.

We needed to get our ancient HVAC system replaced and consulted with our neighbor a retired Operations Manager of an unnamed large HVAC dealer in Tampa. He without hesitation recommended Caldeco even though he worked for another company. He said they are the best in Tampa. We had a great experience from Matt who handled the sale and coordinated everything to the outstanding installers Gerald and Carlos who did a very meticulous job removing old nasty ducts and installing our system.
We would highly recommend this company. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and professional. Robert a supervisor came by checking on the project and carefully inspected the job the guys had done and we told him how impressed we were with the technicians. Now we enjoy much cleaner air and a balanced temperature throughout the house. Thank you Caldeco!!!

I love this company. I had some other companies really try to scam me. One company came out a few years ago and told me there was no saving my unit. I needed everything new and it was going to be over $10k. Called these guys for a second opinion and it was a $100 fix. Cleaned things up and got me almost 5 more years. Have used them for repairs and maintenance ever since, just used them for a new system. Really happy with the staff as a whole.

July replaced fan motor, one week later 7/9/19 air is out for the second time. Pumped three pounds of freon that has leaked in to ozone. Another person out another $600 bucks. 1-1/2 months later air is out again, called them and they said its been over one month so there would be a $99 diagnostic fee. Unbelievable i asked if they would be sending someone competent??
They stated i signed that i declined leak detection...NO I WAS NEVER ASKED TO DO THAT BU THE TECHNICIAN. They said well you signed it, well obviously there is no way that i want them back out so they can not fix the problem. Sorry i am not a bank for Caldeco.

As a whole, Caldeco was honest and flexible throughout my whole A/C replacement. Caldeco was the only company who game me an honest estimate. When Steve initially came to do the estimate, he was extremely professional (wore shoe covers, measured the house, pointed out problem areas). I had to reschedule the replacement several times and each time Steve was understanding and accommodating.
The two men who came to physically replace the A/C were also very professional. They showed me how to work everything and explained things about the new A/C that I would have never known if they hadn't told me.
