From the onset AND Services had been top notch. It started with Kevin who was honest and showed us everything that was wrong with my air conditioner totally trustworthy. The service tech was Ernesto who with his team was honest as well, explained everything to us and left the place immaculate. Daniel and David did such a thorough job installing and replacing our AC unit. They were polite, courteous, and cleaned up everything (plus some) when they were finished. They took time to show us how to use the new thermostat and showed us everything they had replaced. These guys are the real deal. I had to ask them how to review them because I was so impressed! Pricing was amazing and we couldn't be more pleased with this company!

Very disappointed. Had a minor but urgent need to repair the leaking water line coming into the house. Instead, technician took time to tour the residence and proposed about $20,000 to repipe entire house. Then when I said all I wanted at this time was the repair I called about he had to run to supply store for parts. Between these two we were without water service for about 2 hours longer than needed to be.
To be fair, Jay the technician was professional and competent completing the work in about an hour. However, using approx. less than $100 in parts, still charged $920. Seemed a little steep. Probably company policy to try to upsell and not his fault. Would have preferred the work be done first and then asked if I wanted to be quoted for any additional work.

I have used AND in the past to fix a slab leak and needed another repair in a location close to the original. Same plumber Jimmy came out and did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job. Tested to make sure everything was working properly and even corrected something that didn't quite take the first time. Highly recommend this company.

Rob is a fantastic technician! He is courteous, educates, and is not pushy. I appreciate a company that is ethical and values the long-term relationships with customers. I originally called for a tune-up at the home and garden show on both of my air conditioning units. Turns out my 21-year-old AC was about to completely kick out. He talked with me about options to repair and I good not have been more thankful for someone to come out that I would have felt comfortable not even being home. Thank you guys for efficient service. I will definitely recommend you!

I want to first start by saying how professional my service was from start to finish, excellent customer service very informative. Hendrick is great at what he does, he was so polite and professional, David and Daniel installed my new AC unit and they are great at what they do, they explained the whole process and did an excellent job. I am so happy with the end results, best experience I've had in a long time. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thanks to everyone who helped!

Update: As of 1/19/22 the issues with the work at my parents home were corrected. AND Services also issued a partial refund for the service failure, which was unexpected but appreciated. 11/29/21 - I am simply disgusted with the way And Services has treated my parents. They are senior citizens and honorably served this country as members of the Armed Forces.
They were quoted $7K to repipe the plumbing in the house. The Salesperson, John, who came out to quote the job never left instructions on how to prepare for the service crew. Instead, we made sure every cabinet with plumbing was emptied. Apparently, the service crew was unaware that no instructions were left. This set the tone for the entire job. The rude conversation and behavior from the contractors in my parent's home was appalling, and the contractors caused unnecessary damage to the property for the rest of the 3 days they were here.
The crew ripped, pulled, and literally dumped; medicine cabinets, shower tile, bedroom closets, and other places where there were no pipes and no services completed. Huge holes were left in the walls all around the house (see pics- unbelievable). The salesperson also said that once the work was inspected by the county the drywall repairs/patches would be completed within 2 or 3 days from the inspection.
It's been substantially longer than that. There was management intervention for a proposed (unacceptable) external plastic tubing from the main water supply to the attic (it appeared as fragile as a garden hose and homemade). The crew seemed to respond to management (who had JFK embroidered on his shirt- otherwise no name, no card). For this reason, my parents felt comfortable paying the remainder of the balance prior to the crew returning for the cleanup job.
The problem is, they have not returned and have not been willing to make an appointment. This morning, they advised my parents 'maybe next Tuesday' when asked when cleanup services and drywall repair would be completed. This experience makes it difficult to trust even the reputable businesses with payment prior to the work and clean-up. There are random holes in the ceiling, damage from them stepping through the ceiling from the attic, uncapped pipes coming in from the ceiling, pipes that are capped but not flush against the wall.
We still have holes in the walls and NO appointment confirmation for a drywall patch/repair. See for yourself. Review the pictures of the 'finished work' to get a sense of why this experience has my parents and their entire family frustrated and disappointed. I am astonished that any company would treat any customer's property this way, much less Senior military veterans.
I'm also disappointed in the lack of professionalism we've experienced on an organizational level when we tried to resolve the issues we had with the contractors. Every part of this experience lacked professionalism and kooth Most of all, we want to make sure others do not share this experience. Especially our community seniors. We will take to social media and share by word of mouth, the problems experienced as well as the resolution.

Both the people that answered the phone were extremely polite, patient and helpful. They were able to get a service person out the same day and there was no charge for the diagnosis. The service person, Jimmy, was friendly, helpful, did a great job and had a good sense of humor. The fee was very reasonable and the same-day service was a big help with the water heater not working and the fireplace needing the gas disconnected so we can install an electric fireplace. Thank you!

Emilio and Brendan came to my house to give me a quote on an ac install. They were very professional and courteous. And funny! My daughter wound up getting the ac done for me with a different company but even when I went to cancel my appointment with And Stephanie who assisted me with the cancellation was wonderful. If I need anything in the future I will definitely use this company. They all were great and you don't see that enough these days. Good job guys!

And Services are really the best. I had an HVAC problem and had no airconditioning for two days. Finally called And Services and they came out immediately. Craig Benson had a look and said it was just a minor thing with the breaker, he fixed the problem and did not even charge me for it! Honesty in this business goes a long way. Thank you Craig and And Services! Will deff be singing your praise to all my family and friends!

This is a tough call. The service techs are great and hard working. I give them 5 stars. Management, I be generous and give them 3 stars. They make promises then you get excuses. I would rather have someone say to me, "we can't start this week or today and say we can start on Tuesday next week. For me they showed up on Thursday afternoon, started the job, then did not show up on Friday and did show up late Saturday afternoon.
They worked about 2 1/2 hours. They did not show Monday (a holiday) or Tuesday but did show up Wednesday and Thursday. Always the same reason. "An emergency came up". I called last Tuesday to speak to the Boss and tell him how good his tech's are and was told he was busy and he would call back. You guessed it, he never called back. Yesterday (Monday) I call for my neighbor and they said they could be there that afternoon.
They did show up to give an estimate and collect the payment. They claimed they had to get parts and would be there between 9 am and 11 am. Nope they didn't show up. I called and the first call I was put on hold and left there. The second call the lady was very helpful and I ended up talking to the service manager. He gave me all the reasons they didn't show up yet.
I explained, again, the lady is an 83 year old shut-in. He said he would call her. He did not call her and here it is 2:15 pm and still nothing. Again, their tech's are great. Management sucks. It has long been said "word of mouth advertising is the best advertising" Not in this case.

My plumbing stopped working. They sent this gentleman out. Don't remember his name. He answered my many questions. He put a snake in the toilet and nothing happened he tried very hard. Said next step was going in a pipe on the roof for $450 and my brother said no. That is the going rate. Thanked him for doing it. I said how much. He said nothing I didn't fix it. Awesome! I was very happy. Turns out it was the Septic system as I thought. Never pumped out since I lived there. That was a whole other story I'll tell you later.

My wife and I moved to Tampa, FL and we brought our old air conditioning unit to our new home. But it was broken down after we live here average 3 weeks. We don't know where is the right place to repair our air conditioning system so we decide to buy a new one. Then our best neighbor recommended And Services to us. We called their office and the technician came in within 45 minutes after our call. He repaired our air conditioning system and it was running great now. Thanks for saving us thousands of dollars!
