Great Service Ken came out to look over my A/C system and recharge the refrigerant. He was punctual and amiable. All of my questions were answered respectfully and with honesty. Just saw this. Ken replaced an oil furnace with a natural gas heat and electric AC unit. It was an older home that required some creativity. Has been doing just fine for about 3 years. Ken's HVAC is great! He is prompt returning calls and getting to our home. He is trustworthy, skilled at his craft, and knowledgeable. The first time we called we had had one of the "big" companies out and they told us we would need to replace our entire furnace at the tune of thousands of dollars. Ken came out and repaired the broken part, educated us about our furnace, and saved us thousands of dollars. Ken is the first, and only, call we make when we have heating and air conditioning issues!
