We absolutely loved the service we received from Joe. He was the one that actually took my call. On. A. Sunday. I had every expectation I'd be leaving a voice message and waiting for a call back Monday afternoon. But Joe answered the phone. I completed a service request, submitted it, and again. I was not expecting him or anyone to show up the same day, let alone a couple hours later. Joe came over and immediately got to work.

He asked me a few questions about what was going on, and began troubleshooting the issue. He quickly found the problem and just as fast, Joe fixed it! All the while explaining to me what he was doing, and what to look for if it happens again. He even showed me some preventative maintenence tips to save on our future electric bill. It's one of the hottest days of the year and a tenant called to say their AC was not cooling. Emergency situation, in my opinion. I called Dragon and they were at the house, found the issue and had the system up and running all within a couple hours total. They even went above and beyond and sprayed down the dirty compressor. I can't say enough great things about this company. Reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and same day turn around. Our A/C went out and it was 83+ degrees in the house (thankfully it was fixed quickly before it got any hotter). Also showed me many useful things to do to up keep with the lines and save on lowering monthly energy bills. Will certainly recommend to family and friends and will use going forward for routine maintenance.

Called Joe in the morning with the fan in the condenser unit not working. By 5 pm, he was able to diagnose, pick up and replace the fan motor, which we were extremely grateful for given the hot day! Excellent experience with them! Called around 430pm on Wednesday and they came out by 530pm to check out the heater which was no longer blowing hot air. Quickly identified the problem, explained and provided pictures to clarify, and had a replacement part installed the next day! Super quick, super professional, super polite. Will use them again if we have any other heating/AC issues!

Highly recommend Joe. He is definitely a teacher and explains everything amazingly well so the customer is educated on the A/C system. He also showed pictures of what to look for if the system was to fail in the future. I love it when people educate others and he definitely has that teaching style. I now know what to look for if my A/C system goes out.

Amazing! Joe and his team did outstanding work! We just moved into this home from Houston and knew a new system would be needed inside and out. As soon as we noticed the air was a bit warmer than I should be, he came out and we had a new system within a week. He also showed us what we can do to keep the system running perfectly. I can't say enough great things about Joe and his Dad! We have purchased a new AC from them a few years ago as well as a new hot water heater. They've replaced our dampeners this week when we had very little heat blowing out. I called and within half an hour the call was returned and they came by that evening, ordered the parts and installed in a few days.

Whatever they quote they honor. List the pilot light to our water heater last night. Called this morning before they opened left a message and they returned the call within 20 minutes. They gave me a time estimate of arrival today and got here exactly on time, fixed the issue and didn't charge us a dime! They truly take care of their customers! They are the real deal! 01/22/2021 I've had Dragon Air & Heating out to my residence twice in the past two weeks. I had heat pump problems. They correctly diagnosed what was wrong and fully explained what needed to be corrected. They did so professionally and in an expeditious manner. Cost of labor and parts was cheap compared to others. I highly recommend Jose Mondragon and Dragon Heating & Air. Note: I had two others diagnose what they thought was wrong with my heat pump.

Neither correctly found the problem and both wanted nearly $2,000 to fix the problem. Turns out they were both wrong. Watch out for ARS Heating and Cooling. My ultimate cost was less than $400.00, including parts and labor. Beware of others who just want a quick sale. Dragon Air is GREAT!

I recently installed a mini-split for my garage and needed an a/c expert to help cut, re-solder, recharge the line even though it was a DIY unit. It came with 25' of line and it really only needed to be 8' for my install. Joe and (father) Joe did a great job. They were very attentive to what I cared about and did a great job making it both functional and visually appealing. Typically, my experience is that the job is done, but the attention to detail is lacking. Not with Dragon Heating & Air. Top to bottom they did a great job and I'd highly recommend them.

For the second summer in a row, I've had Joe out to my house for regular maintenance and a system check on our HVAC system. Both times, he was communicative, prompt, and thorough in explaining everything that he was doing so that I would understand how to best avoid needing maintenance in the future! Husband and I were referred to Joe and his team by our handyman are so impressed and thankful.everything one wants in service, product knowledge and competence. We signed up for today's equivalent of our 28 year old Lennox system, which was adequate but in need of updating versus risking it another summer. Installation began at 9 am and they were finished by 2.wow! Joe didn't have to, but went above and beyond by getting us a free upgrade to the top of the line model through a promotion by Lennox.wow again!

Dragon has been our go to HVAC firm for several years. Joe does an awesome job and is very responsive. Recently we had a little problem with our system and he was unable to come to due high demand and the COVID-19 lock down. So, Joe worked with me via phone to diagnose and fix the problem via phone. He directed me on what exactly to do and I was able to get it done myself. Joe did this on his own initiative, responding to my texts and directing me of next steps, for several hours early Wednesday morning.
