When my AC unit broke down unexpectedly, a friend of mine recommended that I call this company, and I did. My call was answered by a very polite person, and less than an hour later an air conditioning contractor knocked on my door. He inspected my unit and fixed the issue in a timely manner! Very reliable and timely service!

I located and called this Company off a Google search. They answered promptly and scheduled me for the next day. The technician James, was prompt and knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. I required a part they didn't have, they came back the next day (Sunday), with the part and to complete the repair. Everything went smoothly, prices and additional quotes received were reasonable. Every one I spoke with was very professional, I will be utilizing them again, hopefully I won't need to, anytime soon though!

My 28 year old furnace died out of the blue. I had another company (4 Seasons) try to service it and they let me know it was not repairable. Their bid to replace it felt really high, so I checked in with Expedience. They were able to get me a high-efficiency unit for 2/3 the cost of a regular unit from other folks. We did have to play phone tag a bit but it was over the Thanksgiving Holiday so I can't blame them for that.
They showed up on time, both the folks who worked on the install were polite and really nice. They had to add new duct work and turn the furnace from the original, so it took almost 9 hours to install, but it was worth it! My house is warm and cozy now and I'm really glad I worked with them! Highest recommendation! ETA: a brief edit just to add that there was a small problem with the drainage in my basement, and they came out and fixed it with no additional charge several weeks after the installation. Fantastic company, will definitely use again.

James was the Technican that came out for emergency furnace inspection because it stopped working late in the evening. James was prompt with his assessment and was able to fix the issue and get my heat restored in timely manner. Also educated me on maintenance services, as a first time home owner it was appreciated and also left me with information other services provided by the company for all my heating and cooling needs.
