The highly professional and affable team that installed our Bosch multi zone ductless HVAC system did so on time and within budget. They demonstrated skill and ingenuity in managing the inevitable problems encountered in installing three heat pump units outside and 6 air handling units in ceilings and under the floors of our 116 year old house. They exude an aura of confidence and flexibility, and are backed by a company that makes good on its promises.

Dave did our scheduled AC tune-up this morning. He checking and tested the furnace, s the AC unit outside and T-stat and gave us a good update. Everything was fine, he answered all me questions and was a very pleasant and professional technician. I appreciate Guthrie's attention to detail and their customer service. Very professional service here. I had a system installed and it was like an army of people came over to do the work. These employees liked what they did for work, and actually like the co-workers they worked with. The company is doing something right because they went out of their way to make sure the customer (me) was satisfied. Happy employees means happy customers.

Well, this was going great til we got to the thermostat. I had two furnaces installed and I was told one of them needed a new thermostat. I reply to the installers "I will deal with it", meaning I would have to deal with the extra money but go ahead and install. Well, it wasn't taken that way and they did not do the insulation. So, my installlation for a single thermostat to get installed suddenly came to over $300. Like I said, everything went great until we got to this part.

It's so easy to have Guthrie & Sons be our HVAC company. I love it! They do what they say they're going to do. The people who work on your unit show up on time and are clean and respectful. There's no reason I would look anywhere else for service. Services: Repair HVAC, HVAC system maintenance

When looking for a company to install heating & air, a neighbor recommended Guthrie & Sons. Right from the start I was impressed with the scheduling coordinator who was friendly and very knowledgeable. Steven was honest, offered the right solutions and made the process clear and understandable. When the install team came, they were ultra careful with our home and they did a great job.

When there was an issue with our slate roof that precluded them walking on the tiles; the owner of the company came by to find a solution! So impressive and really shows the degree of customer care they provide. We are very happy with the service, the products offered, the quality of the team and the fair pricing.

Guthrie & Sons, which we found on the BBB site, has been taking care of the furnace in our attic for several years, and we have always been satisfied with their service, which is thorough and reasonable in price. Dave came for the first time today. Like the other Guthrie representatives, he remained pleasant and helpful, even during the struggle with our "10-ton-truck" sort of piano that has to be moved to change the filter and which always resists being put back in place by threatening to topple over.

We were happy to learn, too, that Guthrie is willing to service our mini-split AC, when the need inevitably arises in a few more years, even though a different company installed it.

I am very happy with Guthrie & Sons. They gave me a fair price and were able to install my new furnace 2 days after I called them. The installers were pleasant and easy to work with. They finished in a timely manner and left the house spotless. Service: Heating system installation
