These guys are the best! I just had them replace two whole units (condenser, evaporator, and furnace). They were reasonably priced. But that's not the impressive part. The impressive part is that I showed them the units, gave them access, etc. Then I went to work. Just another day to me. And then they basically cleaned half of my garage for free without being asked to.
My gosh! I would have never asked them to do this, and just shows how above and beyond their technicians go. I come home to colder than I expected air and a clean garage.not just another day. These guys can't be beat!

Called Yarbrough and Sons for a second opinion after a previous company told me I needed to replace my coil and outside AC unit. Technician arrived the same day I called. He quickly, professionally and accurately solved the problem without replacing anything. They saved me over five thousand dollars. May 18,2022 Thank you Yarbrough and Sons for getting our air conditioner installed and working. Phillip came on Monday and pronounced our old system dead, Joe came Tuesday, worked up a proposal which we accepted, he ordered the new system components on the spot, Joey and Mason arrived Wednesday morning and hit the ground running. They got the old system torn out and installed the new system and had us cooling the same day.
Every one I have dealt with has been courteous, respectful and professional and their pricing was very fair. They were there when they said they would be, they did what they said they would. I highly recommend them Roy Barnes Purcell OK.

My AC stopped working on the one day this week it was in the 90's outside. I called their after hours service, a little after 6pm, and Danny was here very quickly. We had another heat & air company come out a week earlier and they couldn't find anything wrong with our system. It started working while they were here and it worked for about a week before going out again (the night before a winter storm was supposed to come through). Called Yarbrough first thing in the morning and they were here about an hour later.
They figured out the problem in about 15 minutes (bad blower motor) and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Can't complain! Also, our technician was really nice and friendly!

It was late and snowing outside when I got home from work and realized our furnace was out. They had their service tech BJ come out and he was awesome. That guy deserves a raise or bonus or something. We will definitely use this company for anything else we need in the future. Got it fixed quick the night of! I'm talking I didn't even call them until 6:30pm and they had a tech hear and furnace running by 8:30pm. That's unheard of, these people are professional and good at what they do.

Yarbrough and Sons has been our choice for years and they never let us down. They're always prompt to get us scheduled and follow through with their times to arrive. They have been honest with us from the first time we met when an old HVAC system went out; we have a 2nd system in the house and they've never tried to upsell us since it is still functioning as per their maintenance.
The new system they installed has been perfect and so efficient. We will definitely keep doing business with them! We also had an emergency one time due to a contractor damaging our ductwork; Yarbrough sent someone immediately to get us back up and running and improved our situation fast. So helpful!

I will use these guys from now on! I had an issue that was going to be costly just because they would need to remove my furnace just to get to the part, after showing me the problem and explaining why it would be costly, the repairman took extra time to find a work around that turned the expensive repair into a few screw tightenings and duct tape for the panel he cut in two (that allowed him access without removing furnace) He made my Christmas just s little bit merrier!

Had a tech come out as we were having problems with our furnace. BJ showed up on time, and was very professional. He took great care of us and did so in a timely manner. I had them come out and diagnose my heater. They were on time and the tech was great! (Steven). They had to order part that came in the day it was supposed too and was put on my unit that same day. The second day I had a different tech but he was as nice and professional as the first one. Both techs were on time, knowledgeable and very took care of their work in a very timely manor! Will for sure use them again!

My AC had stopped cooling while I was on vacation. Called Yarbrough & Sons and they sent a technician the same day. The technician was very thorough and explained every step of what he was checking, what the problem was and the cost to fix it. I also bought a yearly service package from the technician so while he was here he performed our fall checkup. I am very pleased with Yarbrough & Sons and with the technician they sent.

After having great service since buying our house and installing a new system for our second floor, they were the natural choice for installing a new system for the main level of the house. So far that has not been a good idea. Both their quality control person and the person who had to fix it when it started leaking through our kitchen ceiling said the install crew didn't do a good job.
It has stopped working again. They are sending a tech out at no cost (I would hope not), but how many times should we have issues in the first few months with a new $10K system?
