Just a quick note to say how pleased I am with the service and technicians associated with your company. All work done today on my septic/plumbing systems was completed promptly, professionally, and efficiently.

Tyler was very polite, hard working, and a true professional. I appreciate his advice in regards to my particular home concerns. Clean-Up was excellent.

As promised, Thomas, the plasterer, showed up on time and completed his part of the job promptly and efficiently. His clean-Up was also well-done. Thank you - it is rare to find a company that takes pride in its work.

This is a letter commending your employee Tyler. He came to our residence on three separate occasions, and I was extremely impressed by his expertise, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. I would not hesitate to call him back if I ever needed more plumbing work in the future.

Our AC was making a squealing sound so we shut it down and called Steve's. When Enrique arrived, the sound didn't appear, so Enrique suggested a service anyway. He worked solidly for about an hour, testing and cleaning, while answering our questions, explaining what he was doing and giving us the results. Enrique was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and made sure he cleaned up after himself. Enrique is a fine, intelligent young man; Steve's is lucky to have him as an employee.

Love the people and the service they perform but not sure if I can afford to use them in the future. $300 for a toilet repair to change out the fluidmaster and flapper on a fixed income was big hit to my income. Now that I'm retired and on Social Security not sure if can use them in the future. Now the A/C maintenance was covered, didn't fine anything wrong so no charge for the first time.

Last year found issues and it cost me. Brandon was wonderful so I did renew my maintenance service for another year. The guy I had last year broke my door knob on my laundry room door to the A/C unit and installed my A/C filters backwards but have been told he no longer works for the company. His name on my invoice says John Wayen.

We replaced our entire HVAC system along with a tankless water heater on May 16th & 17th, 2022. We installed Carriers HVAC system with Noritz water heater system and we are beyond happy with everything. For the HVAC we had Rich and George install our system and they were both amazing. They redid our platform (smaller and insulated) and it looks beautiful.

The carrier system they installed has been working perfectly with everything well insulated. The Tankless water heater Randy was our installer and he was spot on. He removed our 1990s tank, cleaned up everything and reinforced the wall to put the Noritz in place and hooked up everything with updated up to code piping. We are overwhelmed with happiness with our system and our choice of installation.

We did go thru an estimate process with different companies but we chose the one with accurate information (pricing and explanation). We definitely recommend using Steve's, they are very professional, caring and honest. Their sales rep. Blake did an amazing job advising us with their process and detailing an estimate. We have actually used Steve's 4 times already and will keep using them for future home projects. Honestly, if you want a company who is honest, Steve's Five Star Service is your best choice in the Inland Empire.

Requested some ac service from Steve's just to get our system checked out before the summer. They booked the appointment for the next day. I received a text message with the name of the tech just before arriving with the name of the tech. Enrique, our tech, arrived and got straight to work. Was very thorough in explaining what he would be looking at.

He also addressed my questions and concerns with the system. Took care of a few minor things he noticed needed attention. Excellent experience, we will definitely be using Steve's again for any future service or upgrades.

The Technician Brandon showed up on time and did a great job by taking his time to resolve the problem and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Thank you again and yes I do recommend Steve's Five star service very great service. Service: Repair HVAC

I am so glad I chose this company based on their Google reviews here to Replace our whole A/C system. And by whole A/C I mean the whole Central Air with panels, vents everything. Blake was great from the very start. They are all very professional. No games & great quality products. Everything is in writing and done as promised. I signed up for their membership program. They come twice a year, once to check the heater, once to check the AC. The secretary contacts me suggesting it is time for the check up. Needed water heater repair on a weekend. The weekend evening service was much appreciated, even though pricier than regular weekday hours service. I just want to thank Jose from Steve's Five Star Service for being so kind and thorough when he came to our house to diagnose and fix a leak. Not only did he fix the plumbing, but knowing we were first-time homeowners, he also educated us on the possible damages behind the walls, and the need to call someone to do moisture readings. He showed on time, was respectful of our property, and was educating us on what was going on.

He also referred us to another highly rated company to do the moisture readings and they were also very thorough. The owner, Steve, is also very responsive on Yelp and showed that he truly cares, when I expressed disappointment from a past experience with another plumber from the company. They try to really make sure that everyone has a great experience and that they address your needs as a client. Jose is our new go-to plumber now for any future needs!
