VERY DISAPPOINTED. So I called Vaughn's Plumbing and heating company. They Sent 2 tech's to fix it. They did a bunch of Testing, Re wired the Electrical box, told me it was wired wrong but that they had fixed it and it was temporarily ok until I could get an electrician, Charged $250.00, so I paid and called electrician, the electrician said I could leave it or change it, but it was to code.

I opted to spend the money and the electrician re did it. Water heater still did not work so they sent another tech and told me i would not be charged for the work since I had already paid. The new tech changed both elements and did a very good job and made everything work fine. He was very upset that the other guys had not done this and said it would have been a simple fix. so I got the new bill, was told I would only be charged for the 2 parts. they have not kept their word and charged me another $240.00 and now when trying to resolve they send me to an answering machine every time i get thru to them and promise they will call me back.

Still waiting to resolve, they could call me and resolve this very easily if they are an honest company, STILL WAITING.The correct and fair thing would be to charge me for the parts, not drive or work time since it was already paid the first time.

Installation of new furnace, thermostat and air filtration system was done in a professional and timely manner. Technicians hauled away the old furnace and cleaned the work area when they were finished. I would definitely recommend Vaughn's. Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat

After three days of my kitchen sink being clogged and leaking, Anthony saved the day! Cleared the clog and fixed the leaks. Thanks for the great service and peace of mind.

Spent all day trying to find a plumber to help with varies problems in my house, after numberous messages to about 10 or more, all with no call backs, still waiting on those call backs, Vaughn's called back and said they could get me in early the following week. The technician, Anthony Rodriguez, showed up early and was very curtious even trying to stomp the snow off his feet before he proceeded into my house and calling me mam.

I needed a hot water expansion done and a VERY OLD (17 years) osmosis system put in. He went right to work on draining the heater so he could put in the water system. That system was a pain, but he didn't give up and kept problem solving until he figured it out. Very personable and had no problem talking with small chat. He had a nice personality too.

Thank you for sending out such a good plumber. I'm writing this review, because after MANY bad plumbers or other services, I ALWAYS read the reviews. I usually like to go with 4 stars or better, but like I said, they are the only ones that got back with me. I would DEFINITELY use them again. The goal of this review is to hopefully have more people use them to raise up their stars.

The only complaint I have is the cost for long distance, but you get what to pay for, so it's better to have some one do it right the first time then have to pay for it twice. Thank you for your service. Jesus bless "Trust Jesus as YOUR Lord and Savior Today!"

We moved into a home in Green River during the summer months. When winter came, we turned our (2 year old) 100k btu gas furnace on. It would turn on and off 3 times before throwing a code. Had Vaughn's come out to fix it. They replaced all internals to the furnace - system board, switches, sensors, pump, etc and charged us over $1000.00. The problem persisted.

The came out again and this included a "scope" of the exhaust and intake systems (they said they found nothing). They charged us another large bill $$$. Finally, I found that the exhaust pipe which led to the outside of the house had been filled with rocks (former owner had small children), which caused the exhaust back-pressure sensor to trip the system.

I cleaned it out and the system has run fine ever since. Vaughn's repeatedly told me that we needed a new furnace. To their credit they did reverse the charges on the second set of fees but we still had to pay the first set which was a lot of cash for no reason. Make your own decision here.

I would give these jokers 0 stars if that was an option! These people are terrible! My water heater went out and was not working. I called Vaughn's to come and get it fixed. The tech that they sent was basically incompetent. He straight up told me he didn't know what the problem was. After over an hour and a half of being at my house and doing absolutely NOTHING, he said that he would have to get me a quote about actually fixing the problem.

I asked him how much he thought it would cost. He told me it would be over $1,000 to replace the exhaust pipe and that he would most likely be there for most of the day repairing. Needless to say that was an outrageous statement. After never hearing back from them I fixed the exhaust pipe myself for a total of $250 and it took me less than 30 minutes.

They also refuse to tell me the name of the guy who came to my house or to send me an itemized receipt letting me know what they wasted my time and money on. Please don't waste your time calling these thieves!

Our furnace went out late in the evening. We called and their expert and I tried troubleshooting it over the phone. I could not figure it out, so they had a service technician over first thing the next morning. While the technician was at our house he did courtesy checks on all of our gas appliances. (Water heater, furnace, fireplace). The technician found our furnace was not functioning properly and tagged it unusable due to fire danger and carbon monoxide levels.

I then called Keaton and Gavin to find out what my next steps were. They promptly got me a bid on a replacement that was far less then I expected, and had a crew over yet again promptly to get the old one replaced. Excellent and timely service at a fair price. What more could I ask. Simply the best.

We had a great experience with Vaughn's! We just moved to Green River from Oregon and had purchased a house. The lower level drains were all backing up with sewage on the 3rd day of our ownership! It was scary and we were exhausted. They came out and repaired the problem immediately even though they had to delay other jobs to do so. They did an excellent job.

They were here for 3 hours. They explained the problem and potential solutions to us should the problem recur. The charge with $450.00 - we thought it quite reasonable considering the exceptional effort they made to assist us and the wonderful service we received. We highly recommend Vaughn's Plumbing! JOSH AND DANIEL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!

This company is garbage, don't waste your time. I had them out last Wednesday because my kitchen sink wasn't draining. They came to my house without a snake and instead poured a liquid down the drain to see if it would unclog. That didn't work so they went back to their building to get the snake. Technician later called from their building and told me the other plumber had the snake and that he would be back out in 2 hours to finish the job.

I didn't hear from them at all until the following week on Monday when I CALLED THEM to have them come back out to finish what they started. Appointment was Tuesday and was told they'd be out by 10:00. Of course they didn't show up at 10:00, I called them at 1:00 to see when they'd be out. They told me I was still next to be seen. They never came out, let alone a courtesy call to reschedule. Avoid this company, it's not worth wasting your time.
