Most of our field staff hold NATE certificates. NATE is national standardized testing that measures technical understanding of heating and air conditioning systems. Our Comfort Consultants are trained in system selection and design, so you get systems that work well.

Nearly half of our company is devoted to repair and maintenance. Service is not something we have to do or only do for products that we sell. We have always excelled in the repair and maintenance area. All our work from the largest projects to the simplest repairs are covered by at least a 1-year parts and labor warranty, many systems carry longer warranties.

As homes are built for improved energy efficiently they are tighter and do not let much fresh air come inside. So when we close our homes up, they trap; household cleaners, microorganisms like mildew, bacteria and mold, dust, pet dander and radon in our homes.

We will work on any brand of furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, boiler, humidifier or gas fireplace, not just the brands that we sell. We are available 8 am - 7 pm Monday -Friday, 10 am - 6 pm Saturday, and Noon - 6 pm Sunday.

Alpine was excellent! I woke up with my furnace not running, I called Alpine and Heidi explained how they operate their service calls so I knew exactly what to expect. Alpine sent Ron out within a few hours. Ron was able to fix my furnace and made sure everything was working correctly including the fan before he left. Kyle did an amazing job repairing our furnace. He made sure that we had heat while the furnace was down, and came back quickly to finish once he had the correct part. Only nitpick would be that he did not verify that the part was not out of warranty, just made an educated guess based on the install date of the furnace. However, upon us asking, he did follow up promptly with the manufacturer and once it was verified as under warranty he removed the price of the part from our invoice. All in all a great job!
